台灣車輛之銹蝕狀況研究及探討

摘要


汽車發展中,各個國家都以安全和經濟的角度出發,如何生產出耐久使用與符合各地區使用車輛將是重要課題,防止銹蝕意義,基本就是減少對資源浪費,追求如何延長汽車的使用壽命,同時降低汽車的使用維護成本,所有汽車生產商都對汽車銹蝕問題非常重視,而銹蝕控制已經成為經濟活動中不可缺少的重要部分,因為他將產生巨大的經濟和社會效益。 目前汽車製造所使用的材料還是以金屬為主,金屬材料要完全無銹蝕是非常難達到的,本研究主要進行台灣汽車銹蝕的研究,根據至各區域保養廠實際對車輛進行調查,統計出銹蝕程度及部位;設定調查重點及針對各年度車輛銹蝕情形進行解析,分類層別出不同條件下的銹蝕情況,透過各區域受調查的車輛年份、不良比例及銹蝕部位,分析發生銹蝕損壞最主要原因研究,以期得到解決方案,並提供後續台灣地區新車型設計時金屬材質選用,如此才能更符合台灣客戶之需求。

Safety and economy are always essential issues in the automobile developing process in the whole automotive industry. How to produce vehicles which are enduring and suitable for each region will be an important topic. The meanings of preventing corrosion are reducing resource waste, elongating vehicle's life and reducing the maintenance cost. Because the corrosion control has become the important part of economic activity, all the automobile manufacturers pay a lot of attention to vehicle corrosion problem, which will cause enormous economic and social effectiveness. At the present, the main material used to make vehicle is metal, which is essentially corrosive material. This study mainly research for vehicle corrosion in Taiwan region. The most main cause of corrosion damage is analyzed by stratifying the data collected from service plants by different corrosion conditions which including vehicle age, rate of failure and corrosion area. The vehicle corrosion solution is expected by this study. The content of this study will be a selection reference of metal material during the design phase of vehicle, which is better met the requirement of Taiwanese customers.
