LED路燈量測與照明成效評估之研究

摘要


LED照明燈具屬於新興科技產品,以其具有優於傳統照明光源的相關特性,特別是壽命長、低汙染(無汞)及仍然不斷提高當中的發光效率,已逐漸有取代傳統照明光源的趨勢。在政府政策的積極推動下,LED路燈被高度期待能儘早普及應用市場,取代傳統路燈已是必然的發展,但LED的散熱、光學、規格化等問題仍有待解決,尤其壽命與可靠度仍需長期統計與驗證。 本研究運用選定新裝設的LED路燈4盞,隔月量測平均照度、色溫、用電量,進行持續2年以上之量測追蹤,探討實際環境因素下LED路燈的照明成效。研究結果顯示,LED路燈消耗電功率維持相當穩定,照度能夠滿足道路照明相關規範,平均照度衰減在頭兩年均可維持在20%以內,色溫偏移在8%以內,綜合來說,使用LED路燈可以比傳統的水銀燈或高壓鈉燈更為省電。然而使用超過兩年後則開始有明顯照度衰減的現象,色溫偏移同時增加,亦即LED路燈長期使用壽命仍有待日後更進一步的量測數據以進行更深入的分析研究。

As an emerging technology, LED lighting products have the trend to gradually replace traditional lighting products because of the related better characteristics than traditional light sources, especially of its long lifetime, low pollution (mercury-free) and continuously increasing luminous efficacy. Having actively promoted by government policy, LED street lights are highly anticipated to be a widespread application in the market and will ultimately replace traditional street lights. But there are some problems that remain to be resolved, such as heat dissipation, optical aspects and standardization of specifications. In particular, long-term statistics and validation are still required for issues of lifetime and reliability. In this study, 4 newly installed LED street lights are selected for measurement of average illuminance, color temperature and power consumption, etc. for every 2 months. The on-site measurements have been conducted for more than 2 years to explore the lighting effectiveness of the LED street lights in the real working environment. The results show that electrical power of the LED street lights is fairly stable, the illuminance meets the roadway lighting specification, the average illuminance depreciation in the first two years can be maintained within 20%, while the color temperature shifts are within 8%. To sum up, the use of LED street lights can be more energy-efficient than traditional mercury lamps or high pressure sodium lamps. However, after two years of use, the measurements show signs of obvious illuminance depreciation and increase of color temperature shift. More measurement data are needed for further analysis and study of the long-term lifetime issues of LED street lights.
