具有定電流控制之全數位DC/AC轉換器設計與實現

摘要


近年來,國際上避免全球暖化之主要能源政策,綠色能源應用是越來越重要。小型分散式發電系統已廣泛設置利用,且數量逐年成長,例如,電力儲能設備、太陽能電力系統與風力發電系統均已有效與市電系統並聯運轉。 本文DC/AC inverter主要針對太陽能提供之DC電源與市電產品或市電並聯為目的,電路以全橋電路為主架構,利用正弦脈波寬度調變,控制電流為定電流輸出,且透過數位信號處理器(TMS320LF2407),將其數位化,並研製一具輸入電壓為直流200V、輸出電壓為交流110V/60HZ、輸出功率250W的電力轉換器。 本文成功的研製出一定電流輸出直流-交流轉換器,將太陽能輸出之DC電源轉變成可獨立操作或與市電並聯之系統。

In recent years, green energy applications are getting more and more attractive in the world due to the problem in earth warming. Therefore, Small-distributed power systems, such as energy storage devices, solar power systems, wind-force power system, etc, are widely installed, which can effectively cooperate with grid systems in offering the power to the load. Based on the mention above, The purpose of this thesis is to design a solar power system, which can be paralleled with the grid system. Such a system is mainly implemented based on a full-bridge circuit under the sinusoidal-pulse-width-modulation (SPWM) control, so as to keep its output current constant at some value. Besides, via the digital signal processor (DSP), named as TMS320LF2407, the overall system is under fully-digitalized control. And, the specifications of the proposed inverters are the input DC voltage of 200V, the output AC voltage of 110V/60Hz and the output power of 250W. In this thesis, a DC/AC inverter with a constant-current output is developed, which can successfully transfer the DC output voltage of the solar energy to the system that can operate independently or cooperate with the grid system.
