地工泡棉(EPS)應用於災後道路復原工程之價值分析研究

摘要


台灣因地理位置及氣候環境等天然條件因素,台灣每年都會因為大量之降雨量進而造成其他互動性災害發生,再加上人為過度開發,故每當災害發生時,經常會造成山區的聯外道路與橋樑被沖毀,或因坍方而中斷等災情;此外,災害發生後之復原工程均需耗費長時間的施工才能復原,甚是復原工程尚未完成前又因再一次的天然災害而導致工程停止或是再次毀壞,進而衍生更嚴重的災害損失。 發泡級聚苯乙烯(Expandable Poly-Styrene;簡稱為EPS)係利用提煉自石油中之液態單體苯乙烯,經重合成為固態苯乙烯,再掺入發泡劑後製成型塊。因此具重量輕、緩衝性高、耐水性好、自立性佳、隔熱性優及施工簡易迅速等特性。本研究主要探討EPS應用於災後道路復原工程之回填材料,透過實際案例進行模擬設計與價值分析比較。分析結果得知,EPS材料能於災後道路復原工程中發揮其材料特性,於施工階段,使用EPS輕質回填工法與本研究案例相較之下,更能快速且有效率的施工,達到以最短時間復原道路之目的。

Taiwan geographical and climatic conditions and other factors, every year Taiwan because a large number of rainfall will cause other interactive disasters, coupled with the human over-exploitation, whenever a disaster happen, often result the mountain access roads and bridges were destroyed or interrupted because of soil slip and other disasters; In addition, the recovery of the construction engineering to be long to recover, the engineering was not completed and the projects to again interrupted or destroyed by disasters, cause more serious losses caused by disasters. Foam Polystyrene (Expandable Poly-Styren; referred to as EPS) system using the petroleum extracted from the liquid monomer styrene, styrene by coincidence become solid, and then mixed with a foaming agent made of type blocks. Therefore material with light weight, high cushioning, good water resistance, self-resistance, excellent thermal insulation and construction features such as easy and quick. This study investigated the EPS application in road restore construction after disaster, through real case conduct simulation design and value analysis. Results of the analysis EPS can show the material properties in road restore construction after disaster, fast and efficient construction ,achieve the goal in the shortest time in road restore construction after disaster.
