本研究的主要目的,是在探討臺北市國民中學教師組織公平知覺、組織承諾與組織公民行為關係之研究。本研究透過文獻探討建立理論、研究架構並作為設計研究工具之依據,並以「調查研究法」為研究方法,所探討的文獻包括國內外的組織公平知覺、組織承諾與組織公民行為相關研究;本研究以臺北市97學年度88所公私立國民中學分層隨機抽樣825位教師為調查對象,回收有效問卷569份,有效回收率為68.97%。正式問卷回收後分別以信度分析、因素分析、描述性統計、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關以及多元逐步迴歸分析等統計分析方法進行資料處理,獲得以下主要結論: 一、臺北市國中教師的組織公平知覺整體表現達尚可程度,其中以「程序互動公平」最佳。 二、臺北市國中教師的組織承諾整體表現達良好程度,其中以「努力承諾」最佳。 三、臺北市國中教師的組織公民行為整體表現達良好程度,其中以「公民道德」最佳。 四、不同背景變項之臺北市國中教師的組織公平知覺、組織承諾與組織公民行為多數有顯著差異。 五、臺北市國中教師組織公平知覺、組織承諾與組織公民行為有顯著正相關存在。 六、組織公平知覺、組織承諾對組織公民行為具有預測力,其中以「努力承諾」為最主要的預測變項。 依據研究之主要發現與結論,研究者提出具體建議,以供學校以及未來研究者進一步研究之參考。
This thesis aims to investigate the relationship among organizational justice consciousness, organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behaviors of the teachers at Taipei junior high schools. It builds the theory, the study structure, and the basis of designing the study instrument by the review of the literature and the survey. Subjects were sampled from 88 Taipei junior high schools. 825 formal questionnaires were delivered and 569 copies were valid. The response rate was 68.97%. The collected data were analyzed by statistical methods of reliability analysis, factor analysis, descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA , Pearson’s product-moment correlation and stepwise multiple regression analysis. Following please find the conclusions. 1. The performance of organizational justice consciousness for the teachers at Taipei junior high schools is in the middle level. And“the dimension of interactional and procedure justice” is in the top level. 2. The performance of organizational commitment for the teachers at Taipei junior high schools is in the middle-high level. And“the dimension of effort commitment” is in the top level. 3. The performance of organizational citizenship behaviors for the teachers at Taipei junior high schools is in the middle-high level. And“the dimension of civic virtue” is in the top level. 4. The teachers with different background at Taipei junior high schools have great variance in organizational justice consciousness, organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behaviors. 5. Significant positive correlation resulted from the organizational justice consciousness, organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behaviors. 6. Organizational justice consciousness and organizational commitment could reflect organizational citizenship behaviors. In addition, "the effort commitment" is the most important index.
