智慧型辦公環境之使用與安全管理需求研究

摘要

人生只有一次，對許多人而言，職場生涯有1/2的人生是在辦公室的環境中渡過，故辦公室環境良窊之重要性不言而喻。雖然辦公大樓各項物業設施及安全管理，依一般均設有專人負責修繕及維護工作；然而科技日新月異，智慧型大樓設施日益複雜，使用者如對周遭相關設備之使用方式不了解或不會使用，必將花費很多時間熟悉工作環境；如果因不當使用或錯誤習慣，小則造成個人傷害，大則可能造成公司損失或社會災害，如遇緊急狀況更易造成人命財產損失，故提供全公司同仁一個舒適與安全的辦公環境是每一位企業主的責任；而如何降低使用者本身的錯誤使用風險並創造安全舒適的辦公環境則是其重要的研究課題之一。
本研究之主要動機，乃係藉由專業的資訊宣導，令企業主明瞭於於員工踏入辦公室的第一天起，即須落實執行教育訓練，給予其對環境安全及各項日常設施具備正確的觀念及使用方式，讓員工對自身安全提高警覺，使其能在日常各項設施使用上及緊急應變方面與管理者皆能各盡其職，藉此降低企業營運之風險並提昇員工的工作滿意度，此即為本論文研究主要之研究動機。
經由本研究之探討得知，智慧型辦公環境之：一、大樓設施安全及物業管理，與使用者安全管理具有顯著正向關係，顯示大樓設施的智慧化不代表絕對的安全；二、大樓設施安全及物業管理，與使用者安全教育訓練具有顯著正向關係;顯示業主應提供完整的安全教育訓練；三、個人安全及環境安全與使用者安全教育訓練具有顯著正向關係，顯示安全教育訓練能提昇工作滿意度。

Each people has only one life, for most people, the half lifetimes during their career-life were in the office, it is meaning that the office environment is very import. Although in nowadays, building management, has specially appointed personnel or dedicated department to responsible for building facility and safety management, however, the rapidly changes with science and technology, and the complexities of intelligence building facility are going to be complicated day by day, if building’s (users) are not practiced or skilled with related facilities, it will take much times for them to know the office environment well, and they might be hurt or injured with improper operation or wrong using habits, the loss will from personal loss to enterprise loss, even to society disaster loss, and the human life or property loss when in an emergency. To provide a comfortable and safety office environment is the certain responsibility for every business owner, how to reduce the risk of improper operation and wrong using habits, and to create a comfortable and safety office environment is a very important topic for that.
The main purpose of this research is to let business owner to understand and to realize the importance of training to employees via professional information proclamation/guidiance/announcement, which is to provide correct operating concepts/notions of daily facilities when employees step into the office at their first day(first time into the office), to improve employees’ safety alertness of themselves, to make employees’ facility operating and emergency reaction could fully on their duties, as do the business owner, to reduce company’s operation risk, and to improve employees’ satistfaction of the job, thus is the main purpose of this research.
Based on this research, there are three conclusions in each intelligence building can be derevied. 1. It is positive relationship between user’s safety and property management. 2. It is positive relationship between user’s safety education and property safety management. 3. It is positive relationship between user’s safety education and personal safety. Which is meaning that environmental satification can be inproved by increasing safety education.
