我國公立高職學校教師兼任行政工作意願及影響因素之研究

摘要


本研究旨在探討公立高職教師兼任行政工作意願及影響因素。研究目的有三。一、探討公立高職學校教師兼任各類行政工作的意願。二、探討高職教師背景變項對兼任行政工作意願之間的關係差異情形。第三,教師兼任一級主管與二級主管影響因素。本研究旨在能瞭解公立高職學校教師的兼任行政意願及其影響因素,依據相關文獻,編製「公立高職學校教師兼任行政工作意願及影響因素調查問卷」進行研究,以101學年度全國公立高職教師為研究對象進行量化研究。分為北、中、南、東四區合計發放1,090份問卷,回收有效問卷1,015份,有效問卷回收率93.12%,採用統計方法為次數分配、平均數、標準差、單一樣本t檢定、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數及Scheff's事後比較法、多元逐步迴歸,本研究之研究結果如下: 一、公立高職教師兼任行政工作意願程度不高。 二、公立高職學校兼任行政工作意願,男性教師、三十歲以下、子女數一人、服務年資五年以下、現任一級主管、東區學校教師意願較高。 三、公立高職學校兼任行政工作意願的影響因素以家庭支持影響最大。

This research tends to investigate the influences factors on the public vocational school teachers upon working concurrent post involve in administrative work while teaching. The research intends to analyze in 3 aspects – a). the willingness for teachers to accept concurrent administrative work and teaching work, b). the differences in background of teachers when considering concurrent post and c). the differences in consideration on the influences of teachers involve in concurrent post while holding senior and middle supervisory positions. To learn more on the intention and influences upon considering for teachers working on concurrent post, A “Public Vocational School Teachers’ Intention and Influences upon Considering Working Concurrent Post Survey” is designed and issued to all public vocational school teachers in Yr. 2012 as basis to conduct quantitative study. A total of 1,090 survey forms were issued to 4 districts consisted of North, Central, South & East respectively with receipt of 1,015 valid survey forms constitutes to 93.12% effective overall response rate. Leveraging Statistical methods such as frequency distribution, mean, standard deviation, one-sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, and scheff'e method, stepwise multiple regression anaiysis, the results of surveyare as follows: 1. The intention for public vocational school teachers to work concurrent post is not high. 2. The intention is higher for male teachers, below 30 years old, raising single child, working 5 years below, holding senior supervisory position and working at East District schools. 3. Family support is the most influential factor when considering concurrent post.
