宜蘭縣再利用公有閒置空間營運實施之研究

摘要

2001年文建會將閒置空間改造列為施政重點，使台灣推行「舊建築再利用」從古蹟與歷史建築延伸至公有閒置空間。
本研究將討論(1)探討國內、外閒置空間再利用案例之經驗，以為國內推行再利用案例之參考、(2)探討宜蘭縣推行公有閒置空間再利用推動之執行過程、(3)提出宜蘭縣公有閒置空間營運現況之課題與對策。
期望本研究之結論與建議，能讓公有閒置空間再利用依地域性發展多樣的空間類型，引入在地空間活動，使公有閒置空間再利用後能吸引各層級的民眾。

In 2001, Council for Cultural Affairs set the renewal of deserted space as the emphasis of policy, makes Taiwan implement “ Old Building Reuse” from historical sites , historical building and stretches to public deserted space.
The purpose of the study will discuss as following:
1. Exploring the experience of the reused-case of domestic and overseas public deserted space as a reference.
2. Investigating the advantages and disadvantages of the reuses of implementation of public deserted space in Yilan County.
3. Producing the issues and strategies of operating condition of public deserted space in Yilan.
We hope the conclusions and suggestions of this study can reuse the public deserted space and lead local space activities to appeal different levels of people according to space type of regional development’s diversity.
