臺灣護理科系學生職業生涯決定行為 意向之多層次模型建構研究

The Study of Multilevel Model Construction on Vocational Decision Making Behavior Intention of Nursing Undergraduate Students in Taiwan

摘要


基於大專學生生涯發展遲滯的現象,並且環顧臺灣護理人員艱困的執業環境,護理科系學生的職業生涯決定狀況不容忽視。為求瞭解臺灣護理科系學生職業生涯決定行為意向之現況,並探討其相關影響因素,本研究以計劃行為理論為主軸,並且運用橫斷式問卷調查法與多層次模型分析,據以建構護理科系學生職業生涯決定行為意向之多層次模式。本研究對象由17歲至26歲,共1,151人,皆為日間部且有護理實習經驗的98學年度第二學期之在學護理科系學生。本研究護理科系學生職業生涯決定行為意向問卷由訪談結果自擬而得,透過專家問卷檢視內容效度以及進行因素分析檢視建構效度,而且內部一致性信度分析結果Cronbach's Alpha值為0.92。根據研究主要發現,因而提出研究結論如下: 一、護理科系學生職業生涯決定行為意向二技護理學生較五專明確。 二、護理科系學生職業生涯決定行為傾向態度最為正向,其次為職業生涯決定行為主觀規範,最後為職業生涯決定行為覺知控制。 三、班級之間的護理科系學生職業生涯決定行為意向存有差異。 四、職業生涯決定行為傾向態度、主觀規範、覺知控制能夠影響護理科系學生職業生涯決定行為意向,並且分為個體層次與總體層次。 五、其他個體與總體層次因素也能夠影響護理科系學生職業生涯決定行為意向。 六、校或系科名聲能夠調節職業生涯決定行為覺知控制對護理學生職業生涯決定行為意向的影響,以及學校公私立屬性能夠調節自我期望對護理學生職業生涯決定行為意向的影響。 七、個體與總體層次因素能夠影響護理科系學生職業生涯決定行為覺知控制。 八、個體與總體層次因素能經由職業生涯決定行為覺知控制而影響護理學生職業生涯決定行為意向。 九、計畫行為理論以及多層次模型分析方法,適用於職業生涯決定行為意向的研究。 最後依據研究結論,而對護理職業生涯輔導政策、護理職業生涯輔導策略與未來研究提出建議。

The vocational decision making behavior intentions of nursing undergraduate students are prerequisite based on the sluggish career development phenomenon of college students and the unreasonable workplace of nursing staff in Taiwan. The purpose of this research was to explore the vocational decision making behavior intentions of nursing undergraduate students and the related influential factors. Theory of planned behavior as a main axle, the multilevel modeling analysis was applied to explore the vocational decision making behavior intentions of nursing undergraduate students in Taiwan. 1,151 participants aged from 17 years old to 26 years old daytime nursing undergraduate students were recruited. The questionnaire was drawn by interview independently. By way of the experts inspected the content validity of the questionnaire, and the factor analysis inspected the construction validity of the questionnaire. The reliability analysis resulted in Cronbach' s alpha was 0.92. Based on the findings of research, the following conclusions were drawn: 1. Compared with 5-year associate degree nursing program undergraduate students, the vocational decision making behavior intentions of 2-year BS nursing program undergraduate students were clearer. 2. The vocational decision making attitude toward the behavior of nursing undergraduate students was the best. The next was the subjective norm of the behavior of the vocational decision making. The perceived behavior control of the vocational decision making was the last. 3. There were variations in the vocational decision making behavior intentions of nursing undergraduate students from class to class. 4. The vocational decision making attitude toward the behavior, the subjective norm of the behavior, and the perceived behavior control could affect the vocational decision making behavior intentions of nursing undergraduate students. Besides, it is divided into an individual level and group level. 5. Additional individual and group factors could affect the vocational decision making behavior intentions of nursing undergraduate students. 6. Department or school factors could moderate that the vocational decision making perceived behavioral control affect the vocational decision making behavior intentions of nursing undergraduate students. Private school or not could moderate that self-expectations affect the vocational decision making behavior intentions of nursing undergraduate students. 7. Individual and group factors could affect the vocational decision making perceived behavioral control of nursing undergraduate students. 8. Through the vocational decision making perceived behavioral control, individual and group factors could affect the vocational decision making behavior intentions of nursing undergraduate students. 9. Theory of planned behavior and multilevel modeling analysis could apply to the research for the the vocational decision making behavior intentions of nursing undergraduate students. The findings of this research hived implications for nursing career guidance policy as well as nursing career guidance strategy, further research. According to the conclusion, suggestions of nursing career guidance policy, nursing career guidance strategy and further research were proposed.
