建築資訊模型(Building Information Modeling, BIM)概念強調資訊傳遞的一致性及連續性改善以往2D圖面溝通時產生的資訊斷層。BIM切入工程專案的階段不同工作流程亦會不同,例如專案於施工階段導入BIM可發現在2D圖面中察覺不到的高程上的衝突及其他界面衝突,減少重工的機率及成本的浪費。但是目前使用BIM工具軟體-Revit建置模型遇到版次變更後無統一的處理方法,新版次覆蓋舊版次模型使得版次間的差異性難以辨識,欲檢視有變更的模型元件也由於浩瀚的模型造成找尋變更處之困難。上述原因於施工階段導入BIM發生的模型版次問題皆減緩BIM的使用效益。 本研究為使版次變更資訊察覺性提高,減少團隊間資訊傳遞的誤差,並且使變更相關資訊能快速分辨前後之差異性供後端單位繼續利用,強化版次模型變更差異檢視的效率,擬建置一BIM模型版次比對管理系統,藉由分析及探討系統平台的需求,開發一個能顯示版本之間差異的比對系統包含材料數量差異,提供給工程師必要的版次變更資訊,提昇BIM於版次變更辨識效率。最後利用實際案例的導入測試版次比對系統的運作情形,分析導入的結果及效益,並提出結論與建議。
The application of BIM (Building Information Modeling) has become the most critical and useful tool for construction management during the construction phase of construction project. BIM revision management has become the most critical management strategy in construction management. However, it is difficult for users to recognize the change information of BIM models in the different versions. In order to improve the above problem, this study proposes a practical model and system to compare and identify change information between original BIM model and revised BIM model for BIM revision management. Using proposed model and system, users can get an overview of previous and current change BIM-based information and take appropriate advanced revision management. Furthermore, the proposed model and system applied in selected cases study of a building project in Taiwan to demonstrate the effectiveness of BIM application special in BIM management. The tested results demonstrate that proposed model and system could be an effective tool for BIM revision management for the project participants during the construction phase.
