殘障機車之翻覆性改良

The Rollover Improvement of Motorcycle for the Disabled

摘要


殘障機車的改裝通常藉由加裝兩個輔助輪來協助殘障朋友們所駕駛,但額外的兩個輪子卻導致在過彎時容易翻覆,因此本研究探討改善殘障機車之翻覆特性,首先建構一個包含下降角、後退角的空間拖曳臂懸吊幾何模型,分析不同的懸吊系統如全拖曳臂、半拖曳臂及擺動臂式懸吊對翻覆性的影響。接著利用齊次座標轉換推導車身翻滾中心位置及車身數學模型後進行數值模擬,分析輪胎上下跳動與車身繞翻滾中心翻覆的情況下,下降角及後退角對輪胎定位角度的影響,並藉由機構模擬軟體ADAMS 驗證結果。最後討論翻滾中心位置及輪胎定位角的變動情形,並將得到的結論應用在殘障機車上而有效的降低翻覆危險。

In Taiwan, the motorcycle for disabled is often refashioned by adding two auxiliary wheels. These extra wheels cause the motorcycle for the disabled rollover more easily than the motorcycle during a turn. The rollover improvement of the motorcycle for disabled is discussed in this thesis. Firstly, this study uses homogenous transformation matrix to establish the mathematical models of different rear suspension like pure trailing arm, semi-trailing arm or swing axles. The rollover characteristics is analyzed by change the top view angle of semi-trailing arm twist axis and the rear view angle of semi-trailing arm twist axis. The variety of roll center migration and wheel-alignment caused by wheel jumping and chassis rollover would be deduced and contrasted through ADAMS software. Finally the results are discussed and applied to the motorcycle for disabled to reduce rollover in cornering.
