摘要

全球手機市場在各家廠商積極投入下，為了在眾多競爭者中脫穎而出，業者開始強力訴求手機產品差異化，在這其中整合資訊處理功能的智慧型手機成為最被看好的明日之星。
本研究分別以資料包絡分析法(Data Envelopment Analysis，DEA)中的效率分析、Malmquist 生產力變動分析、差額變數分析與敏感度分析，來探討於西元2005年到2006 年期間，八家國內上市、上櫃智慧型手機製造廠商的經營績效及生產力變動情形。對於智慧型手機產業的發展，提供學術界量化的實證結果。跨年度的分析，再藉由各項效率指標的改變趨勢，對於過去產業發展的實況，提供具
體的面貌與比較的基準。而DEA 的實證分析與效率分群，提供智慧型手機廠商在產出項與投入項之效率改善提供明確的目標依據，也藉由Malmquist Index 的計算，提供未來在整體技術效率與純技術效率的改善方向，達成提升生產效率和生產力的目標，進而有效提升廠商的競爭能力。

Numerous manufacturers invest in global mobile market positively. In order to stand out above the competitors, the entrepreneur starts to emphasize the variation of
mobile product. Smartphone that integrate information processing function is believed will become the star in the future.

This research use the method of data envelopment analysis, efficiency analysis, Malmquist productivity index analysis, slack variable analysis and sensitivity analysis
to discusses the management performance and productivity for eight mobile manufacturers of TSEC and OTC in 2005 to 2006 the period. Regarding the smartphone industry's development, it provides academia more complete analysis dimension by mutual quantitative and qualitative results reference.

Using cross-yearly analysis and changing trend of each efficiency index. As for the actual development of the industry in the past, provide concrete statistics and the basis of the comparison. The analysis of the example and the distribution of efficiency of DEA help Smartphone manufacturers to improve the efficiency of production to the target value. In order to improve the competitiveness of the manufacturers by technical efficiency and pure technical efficiency in the future, to reach the goal in production efficiency, calculation of Malmquist Index is needed.
