北北基地區高中職主任教官人格特質與工作壓力之研究

摘要


本研究旨在瞭解北北基地區高中職主任教官人格特質與工作壓力之現況,進而探討不同背景變項下主任教官其人格特質與工作壓力之差異情形。 本研究採問卷調查法,以北北基地區高中職擔任主任教官為研究對象,採普查方式共發出137份問卷,回收有效問卷119份,有效回收率86.86%。研究工具為自編之「北北基地區高中職主任教官人格特質與工作壓力之研究調查問卷」,將施測後所得資料以描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、事後比較等統計方法加以分析,研究結論如下: 一、 北北基地區高中職主任教官皆具有顯著的人格特質,以「親和性」為最高,其次為「嚴謹自律性」。 二、 不同的背景變項之性別、年齡、學歷在人格特質的表現上,有顯著差異。 三、 北北基地區高中職主任教官工作壓力以「工作負荷」為最高。 四、 不同的背景變項之年齡、學歷、擔任主任教官年資以及學校類別在工作壓力感受程度上,有顯著差異。 依據研究結果,分別對北北基地區教育相關單位、高中職主任教官及未來研究者提出具體之建議,以供參考。

The purposes of this study were to investigate personality characteristics and job stress of seniorr high school directors of military training affairs in Taipei Metropolitan Area, and to explore the differences of demographic factors on Personality Characteristics and job stress. A questionnaire survey method was used in this study, 137 copies of questionnaires were sent and 119 valid copies were collected. The returns-ratio was 86.86%. The research tool is self-edited “The Questionnaire of Personality Characteristics and Job Stress of Senior High and Vocational High Schools Directors of Military Training Affairs in Taipei Metropolitan Area”, Descriptive statistics, independent sampled t-test, as well as one-way ANOVA were conducted to analyze the result. The conclusions were as follows: 1. The directors of military training affairs of senior high and vocational high schools in Taipei metropolitan area all possess the significant personal characteristics, among those five aspects of personality characteristics, " Agreeableness " came out at the top, followed by " Conscientiousness ". 2. There are significant differences on the personality characteristics performances between different variables of gender, age, and education background. 3. The directors of military Training Affairs of senior high and vocational high schools in Taipei metropolitan area all possess the significant job stress, among those five aspects of job stress, " Workload " came out at the top. 4. There are significant differences on the job stress performances between different variables of age, education background, and the period of directors of military training affairs service and type of school. Based on the results of this study, suggestions for Education authorities, senior high school directors of Military Training affairs in Taipei Metropolitan Area, and future studies were purposed in order to enhance more efficient educational outcomes of training affairs in senior high school.
