建置IFC-based BIM資訊管理系統之研究

IFC（Industry Foundation Classes）為國際組織buildingSMART所提出之一種應用於建築資訊模型（Building Information Modeling, BIM）的開放資訊交換標準，目前最新的版本為IFC4，並已登錄為ISO 16739:2013。由於IFC對建築資訊模型提供了合理的結構化描述方法，本研究著重於直接使用IFC所定義的架構作為BIM系統開發的基礎架構，探討應用此架構於BIM資訊管理系統開發設計時的有效設計方法，並選取使用ISO 10303定義的STEP（Standard for The Exchange of Product model data）格式記錄的IFC資料檔案作為系統的資料來源；研究的主要內容為STEP資料與IFC Schema的處理方式、IFC資料模型的建立、幾何圖形的繪製方法及IFC模型與外部資料庫系統整合應用。本研究依據IFC架構設計了兩個不同主題的BIM資訊管理系統案例來證明IFC架構應用於BIM資訊管理系統設計的可行性，案例一為以單一IFC模型為基礎的管理系統，可對IfcProduct物件執行相關管理作業，並具備在不同作業系統平台上作業的能力；案例二為具備IFC模型文件管理功能並採用Client/Server結合Web查詢的應用架構設計之建管案件管理系統，兩案例可具體表現本研究之設計方法在實務上的可行性與可能應用。最後，本研究再探討設計方法所具有的效益、潛在問題與建議。

Today, building information modeling (BIM) plays an important role in the research and system development fields special for engineering information integration and interoperability. Industry foundation classes (IFC), an open vendor-independent neutral file format that captures both geometry and properties of building objects and their relationships within BIM model. Recently, IFC as a standard BIM specification has been adopted as a central information repository in order to deliver the integrated building information throughout the decision-making and evaluation. This study focuses on the use of architecture as defined by IFC Infrastructure for the development of BIM information management system for effective design approaches. Furthermore, the study explores STEP (Standard for The Exchange of Product model data) standard integrated with IFC, the processing methods for STEP data handled using IFC schema, geometry representation, and external database system integration. Finally, this study develops two BIM information management systems to prove the feasibility of IFC architecture. This study develops a BIM information management system acquired data from single IFC model and let system operated on both Linux and Microsoft Windows operating systems. Furthermore, this study proposes a management system using on Client/Server application architecture to enhance construction information management integrated IFC model. Finally, the benefits, potential problems, discussions, suggestions are proposed for further development and application.
