一種具平移功能的輪椅機構概念設計

對於長期臥病在床且行動不便的人來說，由於其失去自主能力，往往需要照護人員從旁照料，當病人需要從輪椅移到床上時，照護人員往往是徒手費力地移送病人，搬動時也常會造成行動不便的人不舒適的感覺。有鑑於此，若能設計一省力操作的具平移功能的輪椅，不僅能讓照護人員輕鬆操作，也能避免造成對行動不便的人不舒適的感覺。本文提出一具移床功能之坐臥輪椅構想設計，主要包含高度升降機構、平移機構與傾躺機構。照護人員先操作高度升降機構將輪椅調整略高於病床高度，再操作傾躺機構而將輪椅調為躺姿，之後再使用平移機構將病人從輪椅移送至病床上，完成移送病人動作。本研究利用Solidworks軟體建構此具移床功能之坐臥輪椅機構的構想設計，並利用該軟體提供的Simulation功能，進行干涉檢驗、動態模擬及應力應變分析，其結果已初步證實此設計的可行性。

For those who are handicapped in walking or those who are chronically lying on bed, they don’t have the ability to move independently. Therefore, it takes effort and time to move them between bed and wheelchair by caretaker. In addition, the transfer process might cause the patient feel uncomfortable. Thus, if there has a wheelchair with transfer function, it not only could easily operate by a caretaker, but also could avoid the uncomfortable feeling of the patient during the transfer. This thesis presents a conceptual design for sitting-lying wheelchair with function of transferring between wheelchair and bed. It mainly includes lifting mechanism, translation mechanism and reclining mechanism. Firstly, caretaker uses the lifting mechanism to adjust the wheelchair’s height to be a little bit higher than bed’s height. Secondly, caretaker uses the reclining mechanism to change posture into horizontal. Finally caretaker uses the transfer mechanism to move the patient between the wheelchair and bed. The solid model of this novel conceptual mechanism design for wheelchair with transfer function is constructed in Solidworks software. The interference check, dynamic simulation and stress-strain analysis have been performed via the simulation function of Solidworks software. The preliminarily results have been confirmed the feasibility of this novel design.
