摘要

城市不斷在變化，變化的結果是城市現在的形態，而歷史是事物發展的軌跡，歷史角度的研究能夠從問題的本質上找尋原因。內湖科技園區的形成對傳統都市計畫無疑是一個重大挑戰，這樣的案例應不僅僅是個個案，在全球化影響與台灣特殊人文地域中有其值得探討的價值。本文嘗試從都市發展與規劃的角度，運用文獻資料分析法、深入訪談法、疊圖法、統計分析法，分析內湖科技園區如何從邊緣荒地發展到今天成為台北市金雞母，並掌握其發展歷程與特色，進而發掘都市規畫的新思維與挑戰。
本研究主要結論如下：
一、內湖科技園區之計畫發展大致呼應計畫理論演變，然而缺乏批判性。
二、市地重劃決定了內湖科技園區的發展格局。
三、現今內湖科學園區的形成，主要受到產業經營變遷與市場力量急速導引的結果。
四、建議園區未來的發展策略首重整體發展、資源整合、永續多元、成長管理四項主軸。
五、產業空間面臨多元彈性治理挑戰。

City is changing, and the change result is the present shape; historical analysis research can discover the essential reasons from the questions. The formation of Neihu Technology Park definitely is a significant challenge to the traditional urban planning. This is not only a specific case, but also a meaningfully sample in the globalization influence and the Taiwan special region. Using research methods such as Archival Research, Interviews, Overlay Process and Statistics Analysis, this research examines Neihu Technology Park’s development from historical, geographical, urban planning and urban management aspects in order to explore the evolution of the urban space and discover the new thoughts and challenges in urban planning.
Major conclusions reached in this research are as follows,
1.The evolution of Neihu Technology Park was analogous to the plan theories, however it lacks criticisms.
2.Urban land consolidation governs the area development pattern.
3.The formation of nowadays Neihu Technology Park mainly receives the results of industrial management vicissitudes and the market force rapidly guides.
4.The future development strategies of Neihu Technology Park are under four lines: overall development, resources integration, sustainable development, and growth management.
5.Industrial spaces are confronting diversified and multiple managing challenges.
