以D2EHPA含浸樹脂萃取鐵離子之平衡及動力學研究

A Study on the Equilibrium and Kinetics of Extracting Ferric Ion by D2EHPA-impregnated Resin

摘要


本研究為探討以丁氧基乙醇(Ethylene glycol monobutyl ether,EGMBE)為修飾劑,二氯甲烷為稀釋劑,將酸性萃取劑二(2-乙基己基)磷酸(D2EHPA)附著在大孔性樹脂Amberlite XAD-4中,即製備成所謂的萃取劑含浸樹脂(Extractant -impregnated resin,EIR),探討其在不同的操作條件下,如改變金屬離子初濃度及不同EIR的使用量,於萃取平衡後觀察其金屬離子吸附情形,並尋求相符的吸附模式。 此實驗中將萃取劑D2EHPA附著在Amberlite XAD-4上,以其為載體,為了證實此樹脂僅為支撐體,並不參與反應,將未含萃取劑D2EHPA及修飾劑EGMBE的空白樹脂,在不同濃度(0.00025M~0.005M)的硝酸鐵溶液中,進行吸附測試,結果顯現其並無明顯的吸附行為。此空白試驗證實樹脂僅為支撐體,本身不參與反應。 由實驗結果得知,鐵於樹脂相與水溶液相間之分配比隨萃取劑D2EHPA含量的增加而增大,並亦隨著水溶液相之pH值增加而增加,但隨著鐵離子的初濃度增加而減少。而僅針對萃取劑萃取鐵的吸附量而言,其吸附量隨萃取劑D2EHPA含量及鐵離子之初濃度的增加而增加。而結果也顯示樹脂萃取鐵離子的吸附模式可用Freundlich吸附等溫關係式描述。

The research is conducted that D2EHPA attaches to Amberlite XAD-4 to make Extractant-impregnated resin (EIR), which ethylene glycol monobutyl ether (EGMBE) is as modifier, and dichloromethane as diluents.It is to research the metal ion adsorption after the extraction equilibrium under different operation factors, such as changing metal ion initial concentrations and the volume of EIR, to find out the corresponding adsorption mode. In the experiment, D2EHPA attaches to Amberlite XAD-4 as a support. In order to prove the resin is only a support instead of joining the reaction, the pure resin without D2EHPA and EGMBE proceeds the adsorption test with concentration 0.00025M~0.005M of Ferric nitrate solution. The result shows that there is no obvious adsorption action. The blank experiment proves that the resin is only a support, not join the reaction itself. From the result, it can conclude that the distribution ratio of Iron increased complies with increasing in both amount of D2EHPA and pH value of aqueous solution, but decreased while the initial concentration of Iron ion increased. Besides, the Iron ion extracted volume is increased while the D2EPHA volume and initial concentration of Iron ion increased. The result also reveals the adsorption mode of extract Iron ion can be described by the Freundlich isothermal equation.
