具浮動桿件之多連桿式懸吊機構分析

摘要


麥花臣懸吊機構乃現今量產車最普遍使用的懸吊型式之一,其具有結構簡單以及良好的空間配置,由避震器上座與下控制點所形成的虛擬轉軸是其最大特色,但也造成轉向軸內傾角大的先天缺陷。由福特汽車公司所發展的一項基於麥花臣氏懸吊改良的新型懸吊結構已被實際施行在量產車上。其主要訴求為改善原本裝配著麥花臣氏懸吊的大馬力(扭力)前輪驅動車所帶來之扭力轉向困擾,主要是利用原麥花臣氏懸吊上加入一浮動桿件。此概念亦在雪鐵龍C5轎車上被發現。本研究利用懸吊導數法進行空間懸吊機構之運動分析,求解車身與輪胎相對速度之比例關係,以獲得輪胎姿態改變量,再利用桿長不變與座標旋轉原理分析懸吊系統接點變化的情況。配合懸吊空間數學模型與牛頓力學求解靜力平衡式,求得各桿件間之受力,最後輔以電腦輔助工程分析軟體ADAMS/CAR之驗證。

The MacPherson strut is one of common vehicle suspension systems, due to its low cost and compactness. Freedom of design was limited by this simple strut, and engineers cannot fix these drawbacks that cause poor handling. A new type strut suspension was invented and produced by Ford and GM motor company in decade. This design have attempted to reduce torque steering of high power (torque) front wheel drive car using MacPherson strut suspension by adding extra floating carrier. The design concept also find in the front suspension of Citroen C5 model. This paper creates quarter-car suspension models based on suspension derivative method to evaluate the space suspension kinematic parameters, i.e. camber, toe, caster, king-pin angles, and so on. By using the distance formula and rotating matrix, the variation of suspension geometry was determined. Force equilibrium method was then used in conjunction with the models to analyze the loading on the suspension joints and in turn determine the resultant forces applied on the moveable joints. Finally, vehicle dynamics program ADAMS/Car was employed to verify whether the suspension movement models and force analysis were correct.
