技術校院四技學生學習態度之研究

摘要


本研究之目的旨在探討技術校院四技學生的學習態度現況及其差異情形,以提供技術校院教師班級經營以及授課或輔導學生的參考。為達研究目的,首先透過相關文獻整理,探討學習與態度之涵義,及影響學習態度之因素據以建立研究的整體架構。並透過專家學者的諮詢,擬定出「技術校院四技學生學習態度之研究」調查問卷,以作為資料蒐集的工具。 研究者將調查實施以全國技術校院四技學生為母群體,同時以立意抽樣的方式,針對全國北、中、南部7所技術校院四技學生,共計發出1370份問卷,回收1257份問卷,回收率達92%,其中有效問卷1205份,以作為本研究之方法。並將問卷調查所得資料,以百分比、平均數、標準差、t-檢定及單因子變異數分析(one-way ANOVA)等方法進行分析。最後本研究所得結論,歸納如下: 一、四技學生對學校環境的態度,以「學校圖書館,對我的學習很 有幫助」、「學校所提供的環境,有助於我的學習」、「實習專業教室設備齊全,能充分提供學習所需」三項的同意程度最高。 二、四技學生對教師與教學的態度,以「老師的專業知識能激發我的學習興趣」、「老師對我的學習表現感到滿意」、「老師經常給我鼓勵與關懷」,「老師們的上課內容,符合我的程度」四項的同意程度最高。 三、四技學生對課程與教材的態度,以「專業課程能提昇我的專業能力」、「學校重視教學評量」、「學校課程對我的學習有幫助」三項的同意程度最高。 四、四技學生對同學相處的態度,以「同學們都能和睦相處」、「同學們會一起討論課業」、「同學們能積極參與老師的教學活動」三項的同意程度最高。 五、四技學生對自我學習的態度,以「我會準時繳交各項作業」、「我重視學校的各項考」、「遇到不懂的課業,我會想辦法解決」三項的同意程度最高。 最後,根據本研究分析結果提出建議,以供學校行政單位、教師、學生及未來研究之參考。

The study aim at explore the present condition and difference situation of learning attitude on four-year program students of technology college. It provides the reference to the teacher of Technology College in class management and giving lesson or counsel the student. In order to reach the research goal, first penetrates the correlation literature reorganization and analysis, discussing the meaning of learning and attitude, the influence factor of learning attitude, to construct the whole overhead construction of the study. And penetrates experts' consultation, draws up "the research of learning attitude on four-year program students of technology college" to adjust the questioning volume, as the tool of data collection. The researcher will investigate really serves with the whole nation’s four-year program students of technology college as the master group, simultaneously will decide sampling the way, in view of the north, center, south in nation four-year program students of seven technology colleges, total will send out 1,370 to ask the volume, will recycle 1,257 to ask the volume, the returns-ratio will reach 92%, effectively asked volume 1,205, by will take method of the this research. And the questionnaire survey obtained material, by the percentage, the mean value, the standard difference, the t- examination and the single factor variation number analysis (one-way ANOVA) and so on the method carries on the analysis. Finally this research obtained conclusion, induction as follows: 1.Four-year Program Students to the school environment attitude, regarding "the school library is helpfully to my learning", "the school environments are equipped, can promote the study effect", and “the professional practice classroom is equipped, can support the needs of learning” three agreements degrees to be highest. 2.Four-year Program Students to the teacher and the teaching attitude, "teacher’s professional knowledge can stir up my learning interesting”, “teacher is satisfy to my learning demonstration”, “teacher often give me encouragement and concerning”, and "teacher's teaching can teach students in accordance with their aptitude" four agreements degrees to be highest. 3.Four-year Program Students in the curriculum and the teaching material attitude, “the professional curriculum can promote my professional ability”, "school pay attention to the teaching evaluates", and "the school curriculum, is helpful to my learning" three agreements degrees to be highest. 4.Four-year Program Students are together the attitude in the schoolmate, "the schoolmates all can live together in peace and harmony”, “the schoolmates can discuss the schoolwork together”, and “the schoolmates can positively participate in teacher’s teaching activity” three agreements degrees to be highest. 5.Four-year Program Students in the self-study attitude, "I can punctually pay each work", "I take the school each test”, and “Cannot meet the schoolwork, I can try to find solution to solve” three agreements degrees to be highest. Finally, puts forward the proposal according to this research analysis result that will supply the school administrative unit, the teacher, the student and reference the futurology.
