論都市變遷下工廠廠區周邊都市空間演變與轉型─以台北市為例

摘要

台北市的工業化歷程始自日治時期，隨著產業外移、經濟型態轉變與都市擴張，讓整體產業環境與都市空間改變。本研究主要從都市空間和產業發展視角來觀察與解讀台北市工廠廠區周邊都市空間的演變與轉型歷程，並且從都市發展層面，探討空間轉型影響的因素和內在機制。在產業轉型同時，政府的都市空間規劃也發揮了根本性的引領和推動作用，國營和民營企業也有重要影響，兩者所同步進行的空間優化布局等，發揮了不可磨滅的作用讓都市空間改變。
本研究之重點為“都市空間演變與產業的變動及都市計劃政策是如何相互影響”並觀察工廠周邊空間演變與轉型，試圖歸納出不同之空間發展型態模式。

Taipei Industrial history has been started at Japanese colonial period. The relocation of industry phenomena has been made the changes of Taipei economic patterns and urban development. So those changes has been impacted the Taipei industrial environment and urban space. Researcher based on the urban space and perspective view of industrial development, does the observation and Interpretation of evolution and transformation history of Taipei factory district and urban space around it. Researcher also does the research about the space transformation affecting factors and the internal mechanism on it based on the urban development level. Government and private enterprises also have an important role on the simultaneous of space layout optimization, played an indelible role to make the urban space changed.
The focus of this study is “what is the connection between changes of urban space and the evolution industry" by do the observation of evolution and transformation of Taipei factory and space around it and try to summarize the
different patterns of spatial development patterns.
