臺北市國民中學行政人員對學校推動環境教育看法之研究

A Study of the Viewpoints of Administrators in Taipei Junior High Schools toward the Implementation of Environmental Education

摘要


本研究旨在瞭解臺北市國民中學行政人員對學校推動環境教育的看法,並探討不同背景變項的臺北市國民中學行政人員對環境教育看法之差異情形。 本研究採用問卷調查法,以100學年度臺北市59所公立國民中學為研究範圍,以實際負責推動及規劃學校環境教育之行政人員,包含學務(訓導)主任及衛生組長為研究對象進行普查,寄發問卷118份,有效問卷106份,有效回收率89.8%。透過描述性統計方法分析後,本研究獲致以下3項結論: 1.臺北市國民中學行政人員對學校推動環境教育具有較高程度的認同。 2.臺北市國民中學行政人員對學校推動環境教育以「生活環保」層面最高;「師 生參與」層面最低。 3.行政人員對學校推動環境教育以男性、50歲、高學歷、現職年資15年以上、訓導主任、有認證資格、學校規模大者有較高認同。 最後,根據研究結果,本研究針對國民中學學校推動環境教育,向教育行政機關及學校提出具體建議,以作為未來政策改進之參考,俾真正達到落實環境教育、達致永續發展之目標。

The purpose of this research is to investigate Taipei junior high school administrations' viewpoint toward School-Run environmental education and to discuss the difference in opinions among Taipei junior high school administrations of different background variations. The research method applies Questionnaire Survey. The study scope is of 59 Taipei public junior high school, 100 academic year. General survey based on the staffs that are actually responsible for run and plan the school environmental education, including Director of Student Affairs and Section Chief of Hygiene. 118 questionnaires were sent and received 106 that are valid; with response rate 89.8%. Through Descriptive Statistics Analysis, the conclusions are: 1.Administrations of Taipei junior high school are with higher sense of identity in school-run environmental education. 2.Taipei junior high school administrations considered “living environmental protection” as the highest level, and “participation among teachers and students ”the lowest 3.Among administrations, those who are male, 50 years old, highly educated, 15 years higher of service, director of student affairs, with qualifications or with bigger size of schools are with higher identity toward school-run environmental education. Finally, based on the result, this research pointed out specific advices about promoting school-run environmental education to educational administrations and schools to improve future policy reference, hoping to truly achieve the goal of environmental education implementation and sustainable development.
