企業面對經營環愈來愈競爭且多變的趨勢,以專案方式構成的專案型組織,或組織架構以專案型活動來完成階段性目標與獲利的方法,目前已經廣為企業所採用。若企業之專案經理人能夠熟練並運用專案管理之管理技巧與領導技巧,特別是在面臨競爭者強大的威脅之下,充分掌握相關資訊,在兼顧時間、成本與品質等各方面考量,有效率的執行專案,達到最好的績效,對企業競爭力的提升是相當有幫助的。 華人企業中,普遍重視關係與和諧,所以華人企業經理人較重視提供部屬個別的支持與關懷,更重要的是要促進成員的合作。因此本研究欲了解專案經理人執行專案期間與公司成員溝通的情況。本研究以104位專案經理人為樣本,希望藉由專案經理人對專案團隊成員及主管的溝通滿意度,找出影響專案團隊績效的過程因素。經過實證資料的蒐集與統計分析探討三構面間之關係,得到以下之發現: 一、 對電子業而言,專案經理人特性與專案團隊績效兩者間有顯著正向關係。 二、 對電子業而言,專案經理人特性與溝通滿意度兩者間有顯著正向關係。 三、 對電子業而言,溝通滿意度與專案團隊績效兩者間有顯著正向關係。 四、 對電子業而言,專案經理人特性中的專案經理人特質會透過溝通滿意度中介作用對專案團隊產出績效有顯著的影響。 五、 對電子業而言,不同背景的專案經理人在專案經理人特性、溝通滿意度、專案團隊績效有顯著影響。
Under the competitive and changing environment nowadays, the use of project management to achieve the desired goal and profit has become widely accepted by the business. If a project manager can exercise project management skills to take control of all information needed, it will greatly enhance the corporate core competence under the global competition. This research investigates the impact of project managers on the project teams in Taiwan’s electronic industry. It surveyed 104 project managers to come up with the sample. Based on the survey results and the follow up statistical analysis, we have generalized our findings into the following five inferences. 1. There is a positive relationship between project manager characteristics and project team performance in Taiwan’s electronic industry. 2. There is a positive relationship between project manager characteristics and communication satisfaction in Taiwan’s electronic industry. 3. There is a positive relationship between communication satisfaction and project team performance in Taiwan’s electronic industry. 4. Personal characteristics of a project manager have significant impact on project output through the median of communication satisfaction. 5. Background of a project manager has significant impact on the project manager characteristics and project team performance.
