中文版生命態度量表信效度之研究

摘要

青少年自殺問題不論在國內外已是需要重視的問題。而生命態度量表是預測兒童青少年自殺行為的篩檢工具，國外文獻顯示有良好的信效度，國內目前尚未有此量表的信效度，故本研究的目的為轉譯中文版生命態度量表及檢測其信效度。以方便取樣方式從台北市高中職招募受試者共1492名學生，研究工具為結構式問卷，包括個人資料、貝克無望量表、正向與負向自殺意念量表、兒童認知三元素量表、自殺危險程度量表、兒童憂鬱量表。資料分析抱括描述性統計、相關分析、獨立樣本t-檢定、驗證性因素分析等推論性統計以檢定量表的信效度。研究結果顯示其整體中文版生命態度量表Cronbach’s α值為.90，專家效度CVI值達.99，驗證性因素分析之模式適配度指標分別為χ2(33)= 129.9，p=.00，CFI=0.99，GFI=0.99，NC(χ2 /df)=3.94，RMR=0.06，有可接受的信效度指標，且和貝克無望量表(r=.67)、負向自殺意念(PANSI-NSI) ( r=.54)、兒童認知三元素量表(CTI-C)( r= -.72)、正向意念(PANSI-PI)( r= -.57)、兒童憂鬱量表(CDI)( r= .67)及自殺危險程度量表(r=.56)，均達統計上顯著差異，表示中文版生命態度量表具有良好的信效度。因此期望本研究建立良好的信效度之中文版生命態度量表，可適用於各學校及醫療機構，以提早篩選出高自殺危險群青少年，早期接受輔導及治療，有效的預防自殺。

Suicide among teenagers has become a serious problem in the world. Life attitude scale is a screening tool used to predict suicide behavior of children and teenagers. Indicated in international literature, the scale possesses good reliability and validity, which however have not been verified in Taiwan. This research thus aimed to examine the reliability and validity of life attitude scale in Chinese version. By convenience sampling approach, 1492 students from senior high schools and vocational schools in Taipei were recruited. These subjects were requested to answer a structured questionnaire, which includes personal information, Beck hopelessness scale (BHS), positive and negative suicide ideation inventory (PANSI), cognitive triad inventory (CTI-C), suicidal risk scale and children’s depression inventory (CDI). Collected data were statistically analyzed including descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, independent samples t-test and confirmatory factor analysis to examine the reliability and validity of life attitude scale. The research results showed that the Chinese version of life attitude scale has 0.9 Cronbach’s α value and 0.99 expert’s validity CVI value, and the model fit indexes of the confirmatory factor analysis are χ2(33)= 129.9, p=.00, CFI=0.99, GFI=0.99, NC(χ2 /df)=3.94 and RMR=0.06, suggesting there are acceptable indexes of reliability and validity. This scale and BHS (r=.67), negative suicidal idea (PANSI-NSI) (r=.54), CTI-C (r= -.72), positive idea (PANSI-PI) (r= -.57), CDI (r= .67) and suicidal risk scale (r=.56) were all found statistically significant. The results indicated good reliability and validity of the Chinese version of life attitude scale. This research is in the hope of establishing such scale with good reliability and validity that can be used at schools and medical care institutions for screening teenagers at high risk of committing suicide. Guidance and assistance and treatment can be given early so as to effectively prevent suicide.
