精實生產(Lean Production)主要作為製程合理化的改善活動,協助企業改善製造及管理流程、提高產品品質、生產力及增加產業的競爭力,而精實生產與過去傳統的生產模式,有著截然不同的管理思維。本研究嘗試深入探討精實生產管理的模式及不同產業欲運用精實生產管理的應用方式。本研究運用精實思考法原型並加以修正為精實生產製造導入模式,包含推行前置活動、定義價值、確認價值溪流圖、暢流、後引式生產、完善等六大改善階段及十九項執行步驟內容,並以某汽車空調業者為例,驗證本研究所整合規劃出的精實生產導入步驟模式,最後確認改善效益成果顯著。
Lean production is an activity of process improvement. It helps enterprises improve production and management process, increase product quality, productivity and enhance enterprises’ competitive advantage. In terms of management, lean production requires an entirely different thinking compared with managing traditional production mode. This study attempts to conduct an in-depth discussion on the management mode of lean production and the application of lean production management in different industries. This study applied the prototype of lean thinking and modified it to become a lean process implementation mode, including six phases for improvement, namely, pre-implementation campaign, definition and value, affirming value stream mapping, smoothing the flow, pull process and completion, and 19 execution guidelines. A certain auto air-conditioning supplier was chosen to experiment the lean production implementation mode that this study had planned and the results were proved to be significantly improved.
