摘要

配電盤產業在各種外部環境之機會與威脅下，如何運用本身資源能力可以追求進一步的成長，在觀察台灣早期配電盤市場在成長階段的模式，再比較進入中國大陸這個新興市場配電盤產業的經營經驗及演化模式，找出進入障礙，有那些影響的關鍵成長因素必須去評價，訪談實際在中國大陸經營的配電盤廠商在前進海外新興市場發展的過程經驗與台灣經驗做比較，把研究的結果做整理歸納，探討策略影響因素為何？再進一步對於台灣廠商最有興趣瞭解的越南市場做分析，探討配電盤產業到了越南新興市場，是不是會依循相同模式？也藉此論文研究而增加配電盤產業市場的瞭解，配電盤產業到底憑藉或具有何種競爭力與優勢能夠在開放全球業者進入市場競爭後仍能繼續成長茁壯？因此本論文將針對台灣配電盤廠商進入越南市場經營模式現況做分析、探討，以及進入時機與經營績效的關係。

How to pursue growing up under the opportunities and threats of various kinds of external environment conditions for the switchgear manufacturing industry? Through viewing the market of the switchgear manufacturing industry both in Taiwan and China by the theory of the Life Cycle of Industry, we could find out the entering timing and key factors of the switchgear manufacturing industry in the sunrise market, Vietnam.
This thesis is to support the switchgear manufacturer understanding the sunrise market, Vietnam, more clearly by viewing the market of the switchgear manufacturing industry both in Taiwan and China so that the switchgear manufacturer could decide the best entering timing.
