火害後鋼筋混凝土柱的力學性質與破壞模式分析

摘要


台灣地區的建築物大多為鋼筋混凝土所建,而鋼筋混凝土受火害後,由於溫度會因為受火面位置而有極大的差異,此外,溫度的變化和力學性質有極大的關聯,因此,火害後建築物構件的溫度與力學性質分析是不可或缺的。台灣內政部建築研究所也對建築物受火害後的溫度與熱力學性質做一系列的實驗研究分析,透過實驗,我們可以確實了解建築物構件損害的情形,另外,當構件無法在承受應力時,即開始產生破壞。一般受火害後的建築物,只要火害溫度不高,可以使用補強的方式,英國混凝土協會便對受火害後建築物結構與修建評估提出完整的程序。 過去火害實驗耗時繁雜且需要投入大量的經費,因此不易施行,但由於現代科技的快速發展加上電腦軟體的進步,透過電腦軟體,能有效率並快速的重現模擬實驗。本研究透過兩種軟體進行火場模擬,利用FDS建構並擷取火場所需資訊,再透過熱流計算模擬軟體PHEONICS進行溫度與力學性質的分析,透過與文獻資料的比對,提供鋼筋混凝土柱體溫度與力學性質分析。

In Taiwan, most of the buildings were built of reinforced concrete (RC). After the fire damage, temperature of the RC components are different in location face to fire, in addition, the mechanical properties are relative to temperature. Therefore the analysis of temperature in building components after fire is necessary. The fire experiment and research institute in Taiwan also has done through a series of experiments and analyses in order to understand the damage of RC building structures totally. Furthermore, when components cannot withstand stresses, it will be beginning to damage, destruction, such as deflection, collapse and other phenomena of stress concentration. Generally, the RC building structure still can be use after fire damage if the temperature is not so high. The British Concrete Association has proposed the inspect procedure of reinforced concrete building structure after fire damage. Formerly the fire experiment is time-consuming and cost a lot of funding, but the rapid development of modern technology coupled with advances in computer software has made the reproduce simulation more efficiently and quickly. This study is using three kinds of software for fire simulation: retrieved the required information by FDS, calculate and analysis the mechanical properties by PHEONICS. Finally, to compare with technical literature and provide a reference for temperature and mechanics properties analysis of reinforced concrete column.
