博物館文宣出版品:從博物館整體行銷觀點的探究

摘要


博物館文宣品及出版品幾乎是每個博物館必備也是必要的,無論該館的規模大小、組織如何,一定會有相關的印刷品,為何紙本的印刷品仍會被視為博物館不可或缺的物件,自然有其道理可循。本文試圖從博物館文宣出版品的運用來討論博物館與觀眾溝通的模式,藉著分析博物館文宣出版品的內容型式,看如何從文宣出版品來展開該館行銷的脈絡。重構博物館文宣出版品系統與博物館整體行銷的關係,由此分析,去了解博物館文宣出版品在博物館所扮演的角色及其重要性。 本文由分析文宣出版品的性質與種類開始,然後架構出一個完整的博物館文宣出版品系統,輔以完整的個案論述,再由此系統討論與博物館整體行銷的關係,從博物館行銷理念討論至博物館的形象識別系統,並由此展開博物館設計實務的探討,推論博物館文宣出版品設計實務的需求、系統及原則,以期能夠有完整的設計系統流程以供使用的參考;最後將博物館文宣出版品與行銷的關係做出明確的結論與建議。 整個文宣出版品系統可以讓觀眾有層次的閱讀博物館,提供籌建中或營運中的博物館一個參考的指標,檢視營運面向與評估,更重要的是利用這個文宣出版品系統進行整體行銷的工作,提升博物館形象、觀眾溝通資訊並建立品牌。

Abstraction Museum printings and publication is indispensible in museum community regardless of the size or organizing type of each individual museum. The reason why the textual publication is indispensible has its own logic and it is the purpose of this paper to discuss the modes of which museum is communicating with its audiences from the employment of publication and by analyzing the content and form of these publication, the marketing context of that museum will be revealed. Through the analysis of constructing museum publication system and its holistic marketing, it is beneficial for us to understand its role and significance in the museum. The paper begins at categorizing and analyzing the nature and types of museum publication as a point of departure and then constructing its publication system. Provided with intact case study, it is possible to tell the relationship between this system and museum marketing, and therefore its ideal and CIS. By analyzing CIS system, it is possible to investigate the publication design practice of museum, constructing the need, system and principle for that practice and bring forth a detailed reference for it. At last, this paper aims to give a clear conclusion for the relationship of museum publication and its marketing and offers its suggestion. The whole publication system provides the audiences with the experience of "reading museum" that sets up an index for unfinished museums and a evaluation for museum operation.
