摘要

淡水的滬尾礮臺承載清國時代、日本時代和現代的多元文化歷史，成為臺灣的文化遺產，歷經臺灣當局多次修護和再利用計畫，在保存和再現滬尾礮臺時，面臨真實性的問題。
本研究旨在運用日本東京東洋文庫、亞洲歷史資料中心和英國國家檔案館等，所藏關鍵史料，釐清歷史脈絡。從維護文化遺產真實性的角度出發，一一檢視滬尾礮臺地點、礮位和建築空間，重建滬尾礮臺真實的歷史，作為發展文化觀光的基礎。發現滬尾礮臺來自清法戰爭淡水戰役的地緣關係、礮位的始末和清國時代的原貌。

The Hobe Fort in Tamsui which has multicultural history of Qing, Japan and the present day is the cultural heritage in Taiwan. It faces issues of authenticity after several plans of preservation and reuse by the governing authorities on Taiwan.
The purpose of this study is to make the history of the Hobe Fort clear by making good use of historical documents held at Toyo Bunko, Japan Center for Asian Historical Records, and The National Archives of the United Kingdom. The pursuit of authenticity in the conservation of the Hobe Fort is to check the location, guns, architecture and space. To develop the culture tourism based on the true history. The study shows Hobe Fort’s geopolitical relation from the Battle of Tamsui of the Sino-French War, history of guns, and original of Qing.
