劇團長期校園演出的執行與效益-以大開劇團「兒童戲劇校園巡演暨故事創作比賽」計畫為例

摘要


在總體經濟不穩定與政府補助不確定的情況下,劇團需自行找尋各種資源,以維繫劇團經營。因此當面臨整體票房萎縮及主力觀眾年齡老化的事實時,劇團除了努力持續開發專業劇場售票演出的觀眾,同時也開闢校園推廣演出的機會,以拓增收入來源並且試圖培養學生觀眾。 本研究以探討劇團長期進行校園演出的執行過程、對劇團與學校所產生的效益,並檢視劇團校園演出得以長期執行的關鍵因素等為目的。為克服非持續性校園演出較難觀察效益,及考量研究資料取得之可行性,本研究選擇以大開劇團長期執行的「兒童戲劇校園巡演暨故事創作比賽」計畫作為個案研究。以共同參與本計畫的善立文教慈愛基金會、大開劇團及學校為研究主體,且選擇五所連續合作五年以上的學校為調查樣本,以訪談法及問卷調查法蒐集研究資料,亦以研究者實際執行本計畫的參與觀察經驗為輔,進行資料分析。 研究結果與分析呈現劇團長期校園演出的執行過程、對劇團經營面與創作面的效益與影響效益之因素,以及對學校學童與教師的效益與影響效益之因素,進而歸納研究結論,提出劇團校園演出計畫得以長期執行的三個關鍵因素:一、目的達成促使各方持續參與意願;二、夥伴關係增進各方參與度;三、行政人員高度投入落實計畫執行力。

Under the situation of having an unstable economic system and lacing of government funds, theater troupes in Taiwan need to find their own source of finance in order to maintaining its operation. While facing the pressures of shrinking market and ageing audience, theater troupes are desperate to reach wider audiences for professional theater performances. Promoting school tours to raise finance as well as to nurture young student audience thus becomes a great opportunity that many of them pursuit of. This research is aim to explore the benefit and effect of prosecuting a long-term school tour on both theater troupes and schools. Besides it is also to examine the key factors which maintain this long-term process. Considering the difficulty of observing effect in an one-off performance and taking the available data into account, this research chooses the project of ‘the children’s play school tours and story-making contest’ executed by the Open Theater Group as a case study. This paper takes Sunlit Culture Education Foundation and the Open Theater Group as the research subjects. Meanwhile interviews and questionnaires were conducted in five schools which have been involved in this project for more than five years for data collection. In addition, it also draws on the researcher’s experience and observation since her participation in the project. The result of the research presents the executive process of such long-term school tours, the factors which cause the effect on the managerial and creative aspects of the theater troupe as well as the effect on the school children and teachers. The findings conclude that the key factors which maintain the execution of this long-term school tours project are: 1. Goals are achieved for both sides prompt willingness for continual cooperation. 2. The relationship built between partners increases the level of participation. 3. High level of involvement and accurate execution of the administrative staff.
