藝術服務學習方案發展之研究─以花東青少年藝術創作營為例

摘要


本研究旨在探討藝術服務學習方案發展,係指「花東青少年藝術創作營」中的進程、實施情形、困境與相關影響要素。研究採質性方式進行,首先透過文獻作為設計藝術創作營的基底,瞭解服務學習及方案發展的內涵,而後進一步探討服務學習與方案發展的發展、原則及模式等。其次,採用直接觀察法,記錄營隊方案之規劃歷程與服務實踐歷程。於營隊結束後,透過焦點團體座談邀請參與營隊服務的重要成員針對課程發展實踐、成果發表的實踐、參與成員自身的服務歷程進行討論、回饋與反思;另外,亦請主辦單位公益平台的共同規劃者作為半結構式深度訪談對象,從訪談過程中,請主辦單位對於服務學習方案進行評估,瞭解其對於整體方案在目標、行政、成員面的看法。並將所蒐集之質化資料進行分析與探究,以提出研究發現如下: 一、 藝術營隊規劃歷經建立小組、推廣招生、分析評估、課程發展之歷程。 二、 藝術營隊課程內容豐富,然缺乏認知與統整性,時間安排較無顧及學生。 三、 藝術營隊課程準備與教師溝通較不足,教師分享對學生產生頗大激勵。 四、 成果發表呈現形式較為狹窄,但仍然帶給學生自信、人際等改變。 五、 隊輔在營隊準備期間較缺乏默契,且於執行期間面臨專業性限制。 六、 隊輔認為營隊提供學生分享與成長的環境與機會。 七、 隊輔於歷程中提升自我專業學習與生命成長。 八、 服務學習方案於目標面幾乎達成,惟發掘長期培育之面向有其困難。 九、 服務學習方案之行政支援與統籌需重新思維與調整。 十、 服務學習方案之規劃與執行對參與成員產生許多學習。 最後依據本研究結論,對營隊與後續研究者提出建議,以作為往後應用之參考。

The study aims to discuss the development of art service learning solution, with reference to the progress, implementation, difficulties, and relevant influence factors to “Hualian-Taitung Youth Art Creativity Camp.” The study adopted qualitative methods and first understands service learning and context of solution development through literature as the base to design art creativity camp, followed by discussing the development, principles and patterns of service learning and solution development. Secondly, the direct observation was adopted to record the planning source and service-practice course of camp solutions. At the end of the camp, the key members of camp service were invited to discuss, give feedback and reflect on the implementation of curriculum development, implementation of achievement presentation, and member own experience in service source through focus group seminars. Additionally, the co-planner of the organizer’s welfare platform was used as semi-structural in-depth interview respondents, who evaluated on the service learning solution during the interview process, in order to understand their views of the overall solution in terms of objectives, administration and members. The data collected was analyzed and discussed to propose the following research findings: 1. The arts camp planning required establishing teams, promotion and recruitment, analytical evaluation, and course development. 2. The content of arts camp curriculum is abundant; however it lacks cognition and integrity while the scheduling does not take into consideration of students. 3. The arts camp curriculum preparation and communication with teachers is not sufficient. Teacher sharing is quite encouraging for students. 4. The achievement presentation is narrower but still brings students with changes in confidence and interpersonal relation. 5. The camp counseling lacks tacit during the camp preparation period while facing professional imitation during the execution period. 6. The camp counseling believes that the camp can provide students with the environment and opportunities to share and grow. 7. The camp counseling can promote self professional learning and life growth during the course. 8. The service learning solution is nearly completed on the objective; nonetheless it is difficult to discover the dimension in long-term cultivation. 9. The administrative support and organization require new mindset and adjustment for the service learning solution. 10. The planning and execution of service learning solution can result in much learning for the participating members. Finally, the study proposes recommendation to the team and follow-up researchers as reference for future application based on the study conclusion.
