摘要

目前國內對收養家庭參與支持團體後的評估研究付之闕如，本研究旨在了解
支持團體對收養家庭是否有幫助。首先根據文獻加以探討，分別了解收養相關定
義與現況、和支持團體的基本概念與運用領域，做為本研究的理論基礎。研究者
採取量化方式，以南部某福利機構舉辦的收養家庭支持團體為研究對象。根據統
計結果發現參加收養家庭支持團體的成員在身世告知相關知識有增加、社會支持
的感受程度增加、與社會網絡增加。根據研究分析與結果，本研究建議收養家庭
支持團體有續辦之必要性、針對較大兒童的身世告之議題，需較清楚之說明、注
意參與次數較少成員，在團體中參與的情形、與加強聯絡頻率較低成員的網絡。

The evidence that support group is beneficial to diverse people has
been widely demonstrated. However, its effectiveness on the adopted family
in Taiwan has not been examined. This study evaluated the impacts of support
group on the adopted families of one welfare agency in Southern Taiwan.
Quantitative study was adopted in this research. All the families who were
attained the support groups held by this agency between 2012-2013 were
surveyed by mail questionnaire. 65 persons responded (the response rate=
52.4%). These data was further analyzed by SPSS. The results showed that
support group program was effective to these families: most families
benefited from the support groups by having more understanding of the issues
of openness adoption, increasing the degree of social support, and xtending
their social network. However, they also responded the needs to have more
knowledge on how to tell their child about adoption, especially to their
teenage child. Further recommendations were suggested.
