在大環境瀰漫如此氛圍下,導致企業組織中的倫理氣候、企業的組織特性也隨之轉變。本研究的目的便是在探討公司的組織特性與企業的倫理氣候有所相互影響關係;並且針對此影響會造成企業的倫理氣候與績效造成何種差異。本研究的重點為: (一) 在不同的公司型態、與規模時,如何勾勒出組織倫理氣候氛圍的輪廓。其組織的倫理氣候是比較強調個人原則的;其倫理氣候所表現出來的是比較重視制度規則與有行為規範的系統架構。 (二) 公司的組織特性對從業人員個人的倫理傾向與同儕間互動影響之間的關係。 (三) 行業的特性與從業人員倫理傾向對倫理氣候之影響。 (四) 整體倫理氣候氛圍對組織績效之影響的相關性。 本研究以台灣地區中以公司型態運作之鋼鐵業,包括生產、銷售、代工等皆屬之。研究方法採用信度分析、描述性分析、因素分析、單因子變異數分析、迴歸分析等統計分析。研究結論發現: 1. 研究對象之公司在各研究變項如: (1) 倫理氣候在功利導向、法規導向、關懷導向、獨立判斷與法律導向。(2) 組織績效中財務績效、營運績效與行為績效等態度均有不錯之表現。 2. 倫理氣候與組織績效有顯著相關。
Today, the ethical climate and characteristics of an organization are subjected to change accordingly in a macro environment. The purpose of this study was to discuss the correlations between the characteristics and organizational ethical climate of a company. What is the difference caused by organizational ethical climate and performance? The following is the focuses of this study. 1. How are the ethic climates outlined for companies of varied types and scales? Some focus on individuals in their ethical climate, and others emphasize on the system and structure built on rules and codes. 2. What is influence on the ethical tendency of individual employees and the interaction among colleagues for organizational characteristics? 3. What is influence to ethical climate caused by industrial characteristics and ethical tendency of the employees? 4. What is relationship between overall ethical climate and organizational performance? This study has been based on the companies in the steel industry included manufacturing, sales, and OEM. The research methods such as reliability analysis, descriptive analysis, factor analysis, one-way ANOVA, and regression analysis are used by this study. The conclusions of this study were addressed as following: 1. The variables of research objects are ethical climate of instrumental orientation, legislative orientation, care orientation, independent judgment, and law orientation, and organizational performance of finance, operation, and behavior. 2. Ethical climate and organizational performance are obviously correlated.
