陸軍直升機失事人為因素之研究

摘要


摘要 無論軍事或商業飛行,大部分的飛行決策均為程序化設計,將飛行個階段的操作步驟加以明確律定,以幫助飛行員能迅速針對各種緊急狀況做出最適切的反應。 而飛安事件的產生,往往出現在飛行員無法確認或誤判所面臨的狀況而採取不適當的操作反應,所以飛行員所使用的簡單規則與程序,到遭遇緊急狀況所做的各種反應,幾乎均與「飛行決策」(Aeronautical Decision-Making)有關,大部分的決策性錯誤型式多與「程序性的錯誤(Procedural errors)」、「不良的選擇(Poor choices)」與「問題解決錯誤(Problem-solving errors)」等三類有關。 美國航空心理學家Diehl把飛行員的人為因素分為三大類:程序上的錯誤、認知上的錯誤及決策上的錯誤三種。 因此,決策的訓練不僅可提升飛行員的決策能力,同時可避免飛行員違規飛行,進而減少飛安事件人為因素肇生,提升整體飛航安全。

Abstract Whether in the military or in the commercial flight, the flight decision is depend heavily on stylization design, which defines each phases of flight’s operation procedure clearly in order to help pilots make quick and adapted reaction when they face various emergent situations. But when the aviation safety accidents occurred, they often showed up in the situations that pilots couldn’t confirm or misjudge so as to make the unadapted operation reaction. Therefore, from the simple rules and procedures to various reactions are all about Aeronautical Decision-making and most of those errors are connected with procedural errors, poor choices or problem-solving. Diehl, American aviation psychologist,take human error of pilot’s into three categories, which are procedural errors, recognition errors and decision-making errors. Therefore, the drill of decision-making not only can upgrade the ability of pilot’s judgment but also can avoid the violative flight. Furthermore, the human error of flight safety accident will decrease and boost the flight safety.
