不同競速溜冰項目血乳酸與心跳率 特性探討

A Study for the Characteristic of Blood Lactate and Heart Beat Rate in the Different Events of Speed Roller Skate Game

摘要


本研究動機主要以探討競速溜冰不同距離項目能量來源之不同,以提供賽會選拔制度之依據與參考。方法:一、利用運動後血乳酸之產生與心跳率數值分析。二、以八名優秀競速溜冰選手為本研究受試者(四名男性、四名女性。年齡 17 ± 0.78 歲、身高 166.88 ± 5.79公分、體重 59.75 ± 5.50公斤、參與訓練8.5 ± 1.28年),以攜帶式心率記錄器 (Polar ) 於模擬比賽記錄受試者安靜時,運動後恢復期第1、3、5、7、10、15分鐘之心跳率、血乳酸。統計方法:一、以平均數及標準差方式來顯示所有變項;包括受試者年齡、身高、體重、訓練時間、血乳酸與心跳率變化。二、以變異數分析,比較不同項目的競賽表現過程血乳酸與心跳率變化差異。三、以T檢定分析,比較不同性別溜冰選手在不同項目的競賽表現過程血乳酸與心跳率變化差異。所有統計顯著水準定為α =.05。結論:一、不同項目之血乳酸均達顯著水準,原因為運動時間及強度的不同,造成身體能量來源使用的不同,造成血乳酸的產生與移除的不同。二、不同項目之心跳率僅於運動後第3分鐘達顯著水準。三、不同性別在不同項目的運動表現過程中心跳率僅在1000公尺項目中,運動後第5、10、15分鐘達顯著水準,血乳酸則未達顯著水準。建議:一、可依(1)有氧低乳酸訓練、(2)無氧高乳酸訓練、(3)無氧低乳酸訓練,等3種訓練方式來訓練選手不同的身體能量來源機能。二、以心跳率做為運動強度及運動負荷之指標。三、本研究結果可提供溜冰協會在國手選拔制度上之參考。

The purpose of this study is to investigate the change between genders of roller skaters on their blood lactate and heart beat rate in different way of distance. Method: Eight excellent speed roller skaters are chosen as the objects of this study, including four males and four females, whose ages are around 17±0.78 years old, and they are around 166.88±5.79 centimeters in heights and around 59.75±5.50 in weight. Those selected athletes have been trained for around 8.5±1.28 years. In a simulated contest, they wear portable-polar for recording their blood lactate and heart beat rate while they are quiet before the exercise. Meanwhile, they also be tested and recorded in the first, the third, the fifth, the seventh, the tenth and the fifteenth minutes after the exercises. Samples of blood lactate are collected from the blood of ears. Statistical Methods: First, to reveal all the variability by Mean and Sigma, including the ages, heights, weights, training time, and the changes of blood lactate and heart beat rate of the testers. Second, Data are analyzed through ANOVA: comparing the changes between blood lactate and heart beat rate among the performance of different kinds of contests. Third, to analyze by T-test: comparing the changes between blood lactate and heart beat rate among the performance of different genders. Moreover, the statistic Level of Significance is α=.05. Conclusion: First, this study reveals that the different kinds of blood lactate all reach the level of significance. It is because the differences of exercise time and strength cause the different ways of using body energy, and it also causes the differences in producing and eliminating the blood lactate. Second, different kinds of heart beat rate can only reach the level of significance in the third minute after exercising. Third, as to different genders in different kinds of exercise performances, the heart beat rate can only reach the level of significance at 1000m contest in the fifth, tenth and fifteen minute. But the blood lactate never reaches the level of significance. Suggestion: First, there are three kinds of training ways to train the athletics’ body energy: training at the aerobic low-lactate, training at the anaerobic high-lactate and training at the anaerobic low-lactate. Second, heart beat rate could be used as the index of exercise strength and exercise burden. Third, this research intends to provide the roller-skating association a reference to select the roller-skate player in the future.
