本研究之目的在探討臨床護理師生命態度與關懷行為之相關性,以南部某醫學中心臨床護理師為研究對象,採橫斷式調查法,以方便取樣,共發出問卷1100份,回收1069份,回收率:97.2 %,研究工具包括:(1)個人基本屬性;(2)生命態度量表;(3)關懷行為量表。所得資料以SPSS19版進行描述性統計與推論性統計,以t-test檢定、單因子變異數分析(one –way ANOVA)、皮爾森積差相關(Pearson’s correlation)進行統計分析。結果顯示:(1) 生命態度平均總得分為81.92分屬中偏高程度(總分140分,得分範圍28-140分);(2)關懷行為平均總得分為51.06分屬中等程度(總分84分,得分範圍0-84分);(3)生命態度與宗教信仰、婚姻狀況、教育程度、家庭總收入、服務科別,以及是否上過生命教育課程呈顯著差異;(4)關懷行為與年齡、宗教信仰、婚姻狀況、子女數、教育程度、家庭總收入、個人住院經驗、工作年資、層級、服務科別、照顧瀕死親人的經驗、是否曾經參加生命教育課程等變項與關懷行為具顯著差異;(5) 生命態度與關懷行為呈正相關(r=.340 , p<.001) 。 本研究結果可提供醫院護理人員甄選、訓練、在職教育規劃,以及護理學校課程設計之參考,進而提升臨床關懷行為之展現。
The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between attitude toward life and caring behavior among clinical nurses. A cross-sectional, convenient sampling was employed to recruit 1100 clinical nurses from a medical center in Southern Taiwan. A total of 1069 valid responses were received, with a response rate of 97.2 %. The questionnaires include three parts:(1) personal information;(2) attitude toward life scale, and (3) caring behavior scale. Data were analyzed using SPSS for Windows 19. Descriptive statistics and inferential statistics including t-test, one –way ANOVA, and Pearson’s correlation coefficient were used. The results indicated as follows:(1) the average score of attitude toward life is 81.92(scoring range from 28 to 140 points) , suggesting a medium to high level of attitude toward life, (2) the average score of caring behavior is 51.06(scoring range from 0 to 84 points) , suggesting a medium level of caring behavior, (3) attitude toward life was significant differences with religion, marriage, educational level, family total income, working unit, and if he or she has received life education courses (4) caring behavior was significant differences with age,religion, marriage, quantity of children, educational level, family total income, personal hospital-staying experience, working years, professional level, working unit, the experience he or she has taken care of dying family, and whether he or she has received life education courses(5) attitude toward life was statistically positively correlated with caring behavior(r=.340 , p<.001). The outcome of this research can provide the scheme of recruiting, training, in-service education of hospital nursing care members, and the reference of design of the courses in nursing care schools, moreover, to promote the demonstration of clinical caring behaviors.
