不同時間距離間歇訓練對七人制橄欖球選手專項體能之影響

The Effects of Different Duration and Distance Interval Training on Specific Fitness of Rugby Seven Players

摘要


本研究之目的在探討不同時間距離間歇訓練對七人制橄欖球選手專項體能之影響,研究對象以16名大學橄欖球隊選手受試對象並於國內全國性賽會橄欖球項目前三名者。平均年齡19.81 ± 1.47歲,平均身高175.69 ± 5.52公分,平均體重81.33 ± 13.27公斤,依實驗設計分為前鋒組(8名)與後衛組(8名)。在訓練前後測驗項目有:50公尺衝刺跑、12分鐘跑走、1分鐘仰臥起坐、1分鐘伏地挺身、10秒鐘屈身轉體、單槓。兩組除專長技術訓練外,另接受每週二次星期二與星期四每次大約1小時的不同時間距離間歇訓練。經過六週的訓練後,所得測驗結果資料,經過統計分析得到下列結論。結果顯示:在前鋒組之12分鐘跑走、50公尺衝刺及身體組成即有明顯進步(p < .05),於後衛組之12分鐘跑走、50公尺衝刺亦有明顯進步(p < .05)。因此由研究結論:可知在訓練時加入不同時間距離間歇訓練,不論在前鋒組或後衛組之爆發力及心肺耐力項目的專項體能表現均有顯著進步,尤其對12分鐘跑走及50公尺衝刺的訓練效果更佳。

This thesis aimed to study the The Effects of Different Duration and Distance Interval Training on Specific Fitness of Rugby Seven Players. The experiment subjects were 16 college players ranking top 3 on the national rugby tournament. Average age is 19.81 ± 1.47, average height is 175.69 ± 5.52 cm, ad average weight 81.33 ± 13.27 kilograms. The players were divided into 2 groups, forward group(n=8)and back group(n=8). Before and after training test items are: 50-meter sprint, 12-minute run, 1-minute sit-ups, 1-minute push-ups, 10-second lean swivel, horizontal bar. In addition to specific skill training of the two groups, both groups accepted 1-hour different duration and distance interval training twice a week. After six weeks of training, the test results were under statistical analysis. The results showed: The forward group obviously improved in 12-min run, 50-meter sprint and body composition.( p< .05) The back group also obviously improved after 12-min run and 50-meter sprint and body composition.( p< .05). According to my research results, the explosive power and cardiopulmonary capacity in specific fitness of both forward and the back groups obviously improved with different duration and distance interval training, especially better effect in 12-min run and 50-meter sprint training.
