航空公司經營績效之研究-以中華、長榮及復興航空為例

摘要

近年來經濟的成長及國人出國旅遊的頻繁，造成航空市場的發展更加的快速。故本研究以國內上市的航空公司之中華航空、長榮航空、復興航空為研究對象，分析2008至2013之營運績效，運用決策實驗室分析法，找出投入項與產出項之關聯度，再應用資料包絡分析法(DEA)之CCR 模式與BCC 模式等，進行各航空公司的經營效率之評估，投入變數為「營運成本、可售座位公里、員工人數」，產出變數選取「營業收入、收益乘客公里、載客人數」，分析受評單位之整體效率、技術效率、規模效率、規模報酬分析與差額分析，找出相對經營有效率及無效率之受評單位，提出管理建議。
研究結果顯示，3家航空公司在整體效率值上都還算穩定，在差額變數分析中發現，投入項而言，長榮航空需在營業成本，復興航空需在可售座位公里、員工人數等方面減少投入，而產出項中華航空、長榮航空和復興航空需在營業收入、收益乘客公里及載客人數等方面減少產出，以提升整體效率的方面。
航空運輸對國家的經濟，有著密切的關係，因此航空公司之經營績效易受總體環境影響，故本研究之效率分析提供管理者相關改善方向之策略，增進公司效益。

In recent years, economic growth and people travel abroad frequently, causing aviation market develops more quickly. The research is based on a panel data set of the performances of public-stock airlines of China, and Eva, and Transasia , the study from 2008 to 2013 of operating performance, using DEMATEL, find inputs items and outputs items of associated degrees, and using Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA), which includes CCR Model, BCC Model, for each airlines of operating efficiency of assessment, the inputs includes "operating cost, available seat kilometers, and the number of employees ", the outputs includes "operating revenue, Revenue Passenger Kilometer, and passenger ", analysis of the evaluation unit's overall efficiency, technical efficiency, scale efficiency, Returns to Scale and slack variable analysis, gap analysis to identify relative operating efficiency and inefficiency by the evaluation unit, management advice.
The stuydy results 3 airlines in overall efficiency value Shang are also is stable, in slack variable analysis, inputs items, Eva airlines needed in business cost, Transasia airlines needed in available seat kilometers, and the number of employees, aspects reduced inputs, and outputs items China, and Eva, and Transasia airlines needed in operating revenue, Revenue Passenger Kilometer, and passenger, aspects reduced outputs, to improve overall efficiency.
Air transport on the country's economy, has a close relationship. The efficiencies of airlines are very sensitive to overall economic changes and efficiency analysis of this study is to provide strategies for managers to improve and enhance company benefits.
