This study collects state-owned non-public land auction prices and land market strike prices in Kaohsiung City during 2007 to 2010. We use this price data to establish Hedonic Price Function and set the average prices of land market deals as independent variable, fitting it into Public Non-Public use Auction Model to conduct Multiple Regression Analysis. On the contrary, we also set the average prices of public non-public use auction as independent variable, putting it into Land Market Strike Prices Model to conduct Multiple Regression Analysis. The results of these two land price models show significant relationship between the two independent variables and the reflecting land price models. In conclusion, there is significant relevance between prices of public non-public use auction prices and land market strike prices before new land system launched in Kaohsiung City during 2006 to 2010.
