本研究之目的在探討護理人員專業價值觀與關懷照護行為及其相關因素。採橫斷式描述性相關研究,以南部某區域教學醫院之臨床護理人員250人為研究對象,問卷回收234份,有效回收率93.6%。研究工具為「護理專業價值量表」和「關懷照護行為量表」。研究資料以SPSS18.0應用軟體進行資料統計分析,描述性統計以次數表、百分比、平均值和標準差呈現;推論性統計則使用獨立樣本t檢定(Independent Samples t-test)、單因子變異數分析(One-way ANOVA)及皮爾森積差關係(Pearson`s correlation coefficient)。 研究結果顯示:護理人員專業價值觀總平均76.92分,平均值3.10(±0.44)分,次量表得分高低依序為:「關懷」、「專業」、「行動」。關懷照護行為總平均79.49分(總分108分),平均值2.94(±0.65)分,次量表得分高低依序為「瞭解病患需求」、「病人權益的維護」、「協助病患渡過疾病不平順的過程」。護理人員專業價值觀受年齡、教育程度、婚姻和職稱影響,而關懷照護行為則受教育程度和職稱影響,研究結果還發現護理人員專業價值觀得分愈高其關懷照護行為表現越好。本研究結果可提供護理主管,於臨床照護、管理和教育訓練之參考。
The purpose of this study was to explore nurses’ professional values and caring behaviors as well as related factors. A cross-sectional descriptive research was conducted in which 250 nurses were recruited from a regional teaching hospital in southern Taiwan. The structure questionnaire incorporating " Nurses Professional Values Scale (NPVS-R)" and " Caring Behavior Scale(CBS) " were used. A total of 234 valid questionnaires were collected and the respose rate was 93.6%. Data was analyzed by SPSS18.0. The major statistical procedures applied in data management included: frequency tables, percentage, mean and standard deviation, independent T-test, one-way ANOVA and Person's correlation coefficient. The result indicated that: the overall average score for Nursing Professional Values was 76.92, the average score of item was 3.10(SD±0.44), and the score of sub-scale from high to low were: Caring, Professionalism and Action. The average overall score for Caring Behavior was 79.49, the average score of item was 2.94(SD±0.65), and the score of sub-scale from high to low were : knowing the patient, patient advocacy, and helping patient through the illness trajectory. Nursing Professional Value affected by age, educational status, marriage, and title of position.Caring Behavior affected by educational status and position title,and we also found the score for Nursing Professional Value and Caring Behavior were positively correlated. Therefore, these findings are expected to provide a reference for nursing managers to develop clinical practice, management and education.
