隨著時代的演進,消費者對於品質要求越來越高,企業也格外的關注如何做好品質管理,近年來六標準差是相當流行的品質改善系統,而六標準差也有許多成功的案例,例如:奇異、摩托羅拉。六標準差對於公司降低浪費與提高品質已經有顯著的效果。 由於電腦科技不斷的成長,目前市面上也出現許多六標準差專用軟體,這些軟體增加了各企業完成六標準差專案的便利性。雖然這些軟體蒐集許多六標準差工具,但對於工具的使用流程並沒有詳細的說明,對於六標準差不熟悉的使用者或許會造成操作上的困擾。 本研究嘗試結合DMAIC各階段的工具,製作成簡單有效的六標準差軟體。希望透過簡單的六標準差工具與使用順序,帶領使用者找出並解決六標準差專案問題。本研究使用Microsoft Excel針對六標準差DMAIC模型進行建構,此軟體可節省使用者在執行六標準差時所耗費的額外時間,同時也擁有更簡單醒目的方式,讓使用者了解於使用工具的分析過程中發現何問題。
As time goes by, consumers have more and more expectations about qualities, and corporations are also pay more attention to their quality management initiatives. Recently, Six Sigma becomes a considerably popular quality improvement system. And at the same time, there are many successful cases for the application of Six Sigma in practice, such as GE and Motorola. Six Sigma has the significant effect on decreasing wasting and increasing qualities in corporations. Due to the growth of the computer technology, nowadays in the market there are much software specialized for increasing the convenience for the corporations to execute Six Sigma projects. Although it includes many Six Sigma tools, these kinds of software do not clearly describe how to use these tools effectively. This may cause troubles for users who are not familiar with Six Sigma. This research combines the tools in each level of DMAIC and develops a simple and effective Six Sigma software. The purpose of this research is to help users find and solve the problems of Six Sigma projects through the simple Six Sigma tools. This research uses Microsoft Excel to construct the Six Sigma DMAIC model. DMAIC can save users’ time when executing Six Sigma. Moreover, it also has the simplest way to let users find out problems through analyzing process by using its tools.
