摘要


企業選擇外包廠商的評選過程需要一套合適的評估標準和系統化的決策機制,以提升決策品質。本研究根據實際產業需求建構網路通訊產業委外代工評選決策分析模型,並定義供應商評選的目標層級架構與評估屬性,由於委外代工評選考量的因素經常存在著相依與回饋的關係,往往難以完全獨立,故本研究以分析網路程序法結合領域專家的判斷,以指導出各屬性的相對權重,並進行實證研究以驗證其有效性。

Outsourcing supplier selection needs a suitable criteria and systematic decision mechanism for facilitating decision quality. This study is based on actual industry needs to construct the network communication industry outsourcing supplier selection model, to identify the objectives hierarchy structure, and to set up the appropriate attributes for supplier selection. Due to the factors of the outsourcing supplier selection often having relationships of dependence and feedback, they are often difficult to entirely independent. This study uses analytic network process (ANP) and combines with the judgment of experts in the field to calculate the relative weighting of each attribute. Finally, An empirical study is conducted and the result shows the practical viability of this approach.
