青少年性侵害加害人生命經驗之敘事探究

A Narrative Research of Adolescent Sexual Abuse Perpetrators’ Life Experience

摘要


近年來青少年性侵害議題受到各界關注。本研究的目的在於探究青少年性侵害加害人的生命經驗、生態脈絡及對於性侵行為意義的理解,本研究邀請兩位符合研究條件的研究參與者,均為男生,分別為13歲和14歲,他們均因家庭因素而接受安置。研究方法採用敘事訪談法,研究者先擬定以半結構的訪談大綱進行深度訪談,每次訪談均以個別訪談進行,訪談次數均為三次,每次一小時。資料分析則以敘事研究方法進行分析,先歸納類別再進行內容分析。在研究結果的呈現上,本研究先呈現兩位青少年的個別生命故事,再進行跨故事之分析討論。 研究結果發現以下兩大部分: 一、 青少年性侵者之家庭樣貌 兩位青少年性侵害事件的加害者各自擁有獨特的生命經驗,然而其家庭均呈現經濟上的弱勢、家庭結構不健全、家庭功能不佳與缺乏家人照顧陪伴等樣貌,在學校部分,兩者的學校經驗均不佳,社區或生活中也缺少足以提供安全的環境或重要他人,顯示涉入性侵害事件的青少年,其涉入事件與整體生態環境面向息息相關且有著不可分割的重要性。 二、 參與者在成長歷程中,「性」的發展與影響 兩位青少年參與者在成長階段,性的發展經驗均出現「問題」。第一位參與者從家長有問題的親密經驗中模仿與學習,第二位參與者本身曾有「被性侵害」的創傷經驗,他們的性好奇、性探索、同儕關係的學習等重要的發展課題均在成長中未能被回應與處理。 最後,研究者依據上述研究結果提出建議,並針對家庭層面、學校教育環境、政府政策、與後續研究,提出具體建議以茲參考。

In recent years, the problem of sexual assault on juveniles has received public attention. The purpose of this study is to explore the life experience, the context of ecology, and the understanding of the significance of sexual abuse behavior in adolescent sexual abusers. This study invited two participants who were boy youngsters, aged 13 and 14 respectively, and resided in social service’s placements due to family factors. A Semi-structured interview outline was used to conduct in-depth interviews. Each interview was conducted independently, with a total of three interviews for one hour per interview. Data analysis was carried out by the narrative research method. The data was categorized first then analyzed the contents of the study. In this study, we present the individual life stories of two youngsters, and then analyze and discuss the stories. The results showed the following two parts: 1. The family background of the adolescent sexual inflictors Their life stories were different from each other and their personal experiences were unique. The two teenagers came from poor, disrupted and dysfunctional families, which showed lack of carings and companionships from parents. Also, they did not have safe environments and significant others in their community and schooling life in the growing process. This showed the involvement of the adolescents in sexual abusive incidents was closely related to the overall developmental environment of individuals. 2. The “sex” development and impacts on adolescents’ growing process Both youngsters participants experienced problems in their sexual developmental stage. The first participant imitated and learned from their parent's problematic intimacy behaviors in their daily life. The second participant had significant traumatic experiences of being sexual assaulted happened in his schooling life. The important issues of their sexual curiosity, sexual exploration and peer learning relationship have not been responded to and managed during their adolescent development. Finally, the researcher makes discussions based on the findings of the above study and provides specific recommendations on family level, school education environment, government policy and follow-up research.
