本研究旨在探討產業網絡與群聚現象類型對企業競爭力之影響,並以兩岸台商作為研究的對象。並採實證分析之方法來加以驗證。期望提出一套最佳的產業網絡與群聚現象配合類型。 經由相關文獻與實證研究之探討後,以分析產業網絡類型、群聚現象類型二者建構出可操作的衡量構面,並分別將產業網絡類型分為「產品相關型」、「非產品相關型」,群聚現象類型方面分為「垂直型」、「水平型」兩種類型,另一方面,在產業網絡與群聚現象配合類型方面則分為四大類型,「垂直相關型」、「水平相關型」、「垂直非相關型」、「水平非相關型」。 本研究係以大陸及台灣兩岸台商為主要研究對象,寄發750份問卷,回收有效問卷62份,經由因素分析與集群分析、T檢定、變異數分析等統計方法,歸納出數點,重要的實證結論分述如下: 1. 產業網絡類型分為產品相關型與產品非相關型二種型態,而產品相關型在「服務支援力」、「資訊運用能力」方面的企業競爭力,較非產品相關型為佳。 2. 群聚現象類型分為垂直型與水平型二種型態,而垂直相關型在「服務支援力」、「快速回應能力」與「資訊運用能力」方面的企業競爭力,都較水平型為佳。 3. 不論在「服務支援力」、「快速回應能力」與「資訊運用能力」方面,都是垂直相關型最佳。 4. 就「整體能力」方面,垂直相關型最佳,垂直非相關型次之,水平相關型再次之,最後為水平非相關型。 5. 地理區域對產業網絡、群聚配適類型在「服務支援力」上有顯著差異。
The major subject of this thesis is to investigate the industrial network, cluster and corporate competitiveness between Taiwan and Mainland China. We hope to adduce a set the best integrate types of industrial network and clusters. Base on the literature review and empirical observation, we separates the industrial network into two types: product-relevant type and product-irrelevant type, and cluster into two types: vertical type and horizontal type. They divided into four types: 「vertical/relevant」,「horizontal/relevant」,「vertical/irrelevant」,「horizontal/irrelevant」.Therefore, this study is discussed the relationship between industrial network and cluster fit and corporate competitiveness. The Major research object is shoes industry in Taiwan and Mainland China 750 companies were requested to answer the questionnaires by mail and the effective respondents were 62 sets. After analyzing those data, the conclusions are summarized as following: 1. The industrial network into two types: product-relevant and product-irrelevant then corporate competitiveness of product-relevant in services supporters and information reservations is better, than product-irrelevant. 2. Cluster is divided into two types: vertical and horizontal then corporate competitiveness of vertical in services supporters, rapid respondents and information reservations is better, than horizontal. 3. No matter in services supporters, rapid respondents and information reservations, the vertical-relevant is the best one. 4. As to corporate competitiveness, the vertical-relevant is the best one, second is vertical-irrelevant, third is horizontal-relevant and the last is horizontal-irrelevant. 5. It is insignificant different in area, industry, industrial network and cluster fit types with services supporters.
