專案選擇與執行對創新績效之影響-以生物科技產業為例

摘要


產業創新的基礎與保障來自能成功地發展產品創新的專案,而有效的專案選擇,包括策略性目標或財務指標的考量,其內容是有關專案優先順序的決策,以發揮有限的研發、技術和行銷資源。相關的焦點也在於當企業執行新產品開發或是研發專案時,能正確制定企業所執行專案的程序,有關正式化及跨領域功能的問題。 基於以上之目的,研究內涵主要探討企業在面臨新產品開發或研發專案時,如何在千頭萬緒的機會中選擇正確的新產品專案,得將有限的資源分配到適當的專案數目或新產品開發的時程階段。並深入探討企業在專案執行階段有關正式化及跨領域功能行銷參與、製造參與的程度,影響專案的創新績效之評估。 本研究針對國內現有191家生物科技廠商進行問卷調查,回收有效問卷61份,經由統計方式整理,配合個案實證,可歸納出數點重要結論如下: 1. 專案選擇偏向策略面的創新績效較高。因策略面的考量往往決定有限的資源對目前專案間的配置與專案的優先順序,著重在未來的獲利預期與持續的競爭優勢。 2. 專案執行的正式化程度較高,其創新績效較好。正式化程度較高的企業會制定有關鼓勵創新的程序、辦法,有助於員工藉正式的管道提出創新的點子,且公司的立場較有客觀性判斷標準,不因個人因素排除或忽視真正創新的產品。 3. 專案執行在行銷部門參與程度較高,其創新績效較好。區分創新與實驗最大不同之處就在於創新的定義就在於能將產品商品化才是有效的創新。故行銷部門參與研發專案的程度越高,也意謂產品成功上市的機會越大,創新績效越好。

The foundation that industry innovation has to do with guarantee coming from successfully developing the project of production, and valid project selection, including the consideration of the strategy or the finance, its content is the project has the decision of priority, with the finite resource of development, technique and the marketing.Related focuses also lies in when the business enterprise carries out new product to develop or develop the project, can the procedure of right the project that business enterprise carry out of the establishment, relevant the formality turns and crosses the problem of the function of the realm. According to above purpose, study main business enterprise of the study of the content at face new product develops or develops the project, how the chance in complexities of the situation wins election to choose new project of the product of the exactitude, the number of the project or new the stage of the timing that product develop that resource assign the adequacy that have to will be limited. And thorough business enterprise of the study carries out the stage in the project relevant formality turn and across the marketing of the function of the realm participates, the manufacturing participate of degree, affect the valuation of creative results of the project. The main research target is the biotechnology industry in Taiwan. We mailed 191 examinations and the quantities of the valid examinations are 61. We analyzed with statistical methods and cases study to generalize some important conclusions as follow: 1. The performance of innovation that project selection incline toward the strategy is higher. Usually decide the resource of the limit because of the consideration of the of the strategy to the current project installs to have the initiative with project the sequence, emphasizing the competitive advantage of profit expect and keep on in future. 2. The formality that project execution turns the degree higher, it sets up the performance of innovation is better. Turning formally high business enterprise of the degree will establish the relevant the procedure and way that encouragement set up, being a help to the employee by formal of the piping puts forward a little bit creative son, and to compare with objectivity, the position of the company judges the standard, not because of personal factor expel or neglect real creative product. 3. The project execution to cross-functional participates in the marketing higher; the performance of innovation is better. The distinction is creative and experiment biggest and different lie in creative definition and then lie in to can commercialize the product is just valid creative. Past section of the marketing participates to develop the degree of the project more high, also mean the chance that product successfully appear on market more big, the performance of innovation more good.
