由於自然資源有限,尤其不可再生資源將日益枯竭,因此,廢棄資源之再生利用,為二十一世紀環境與資源之重要課題之一。本研究目的,在於討論電腦資訊產品廢棄物之資源化的流程以及資源化帶給我們的效益。 本研究以一電腦資訊產品廢棄物處理廠為例,以瞭解其資源化方法,分析其資源過程之質量平衡及資源化帶來的影響,供評估其資源化之效益。 研究結果顯示,此廠平均每月處理333,850公斤的廢電腦資訊產品,可回收與再利用的資源佔了99.1%多。期能藉由此結果,提供大眾對資源化貢獻的認知,讓資源能在永續觀念下不斷回收與使用。 然而,仍有部份廢棄物,如螢光粉與廢電池等,其回收處理技術在仍然需要被發展與推動。如此之下,資源化的效益會提升,另一方面對環境的衝擊也會減低不少。
As we well known, the natural resources are limited. Especially the nonrenewable resources will be running out by uncontrolled extraction and consumption. Therefore, the reuse, recycle and recovery of waste become one of the most important problems in the 21-century. The study is started with practical observation and by collection on the practical operation records on the one of existing scrap computer product relates to resources recycles process and the benefits which are brought out. It is indicated that this factory treats averagely 333,850 kg per month scrap computer product, which can be recovered and reused the amount 99.1%, totally. It is shown that the effect of resources recovery is very dominant. Therefore it is very worthwhile to encourage government to promote the recovery resources in the field of the scrap computer products in the coming year. However, the recovery technology of some residue scrap such as battery and fluorescence-powder is still needed to develop. If the recovery technology of residual scrap can be well developed, the benefit of recovery will be increased and the impact to the environment will become release.
