論 文 摘 要 有關全球環境保護的議題日益受到高度重視,企業在面對變動極遽的廿一世紀經營挑戰時,環境管理勢將成為策略性經營的新思維。因此,現在的企業在經營上不能漠視環境保護的存在,應酌量企業本身的條件與資源,以適當的環保標準引導企業環保技術的創新,可更有效的利用資源,降低成本,增加產品價值,希冀在未來益加嚴峻的環保趨勢中取得先機。 基於上述的考量,本研究旨在探討台灣廠商之環境管理策略與綠色創新活動類型的採行,並分析其對企業環保績效以及利害關係人滿意度之間所造成的影響。 本研究是以曾經獲得國內環保績優獎項之廠商(現逾200家、廠)為研究的範圍;研究方法係屬個案研究法,除依循過去個案訪談模式外,另於與受訪者進行訪談的過程中,為方便分析比較並能進一步知悉各訪談公司之分類與歸屬,故採結構化訪談,先以題項(各變項衡量指標)的方式做為個案深入訪談過程的導引,後將訪談結果彙整並搭配結構化題項評核方式所獲致的評分,作相互對應的比較分析而形成下列數點研究命題: 1.廠商採取不同的環境管理策略,會決定不同綠色創新活動類型的採行。 2.廠商採行不同的綠色創新活動類型與利害關係人的滿意程度,有顯著的差異存在。 3.廠商不同的企業環保績效與利害關係人的滿意程度,有顯著的差異存在。 4.廠商採行不同的綠色創新活動類型,對企業環保績效有顯著的差異存在。
ABSTRACT Issues of environmental protection have become more and more important for enterprises competing in global business environment. Facing fierce challenges in the fast-changing 21st century, environmental management has become a new necessary component for an enterprise to form its business strategy. Therefore, contemporary enterprises can’t ignore the existence of environmental protection. After having considered the existing condition and resources, they should make an innovation for their environmental technology by proper environmental standards, and use their natural resources more effectively in decreasing the cost and increasing the value of their products. Thus they can obtain advantages in the trend of increasingly concerned environmental protection. Owing to the preceding speculation, this study is to research the strategy of environmental management and types of activities for green innovation adopted by firms in Taiwan, and analyze the influences made on corporate environmental performance and degree of satisfaction pertaining to stakeholders. The study is limited to firms that has ever won a National Environmental Award in Taiwan(the number exceeds 200). Besides collecting relative documents and sourcing the data, this research interviewed 6 firms individually with respect to the structure and classification of its organization and further understood its strategy of environmental management and types of activities for green innovation. As a result, the major findings are: 1. Firms with different types of environmental strategy are inclined to adopt different types of activities for green innovation. 2. Degree of stakeholders’ satisfaction depends on the types of activities for green innovation. 3. There is a significant relation between the corporate environmental performance and stakeholders’ satisfaction. 4. Different types of activities for green innovation decisively influences the corporate environmental performance.
