摘 要 台灣地區仍存在許多使用老舊規範所設計之結構物,例如以加強磚造結構為早期最常見的建物,在近年幾次大地震中,學校建築損壞都非常嚴重,其中以此類建築構造最多。但國內有關加強磚造建築物的文獻甚少,最主要的文獻則是建築技術規則【8】中相關的敘述,其原始設計缺乏詳實分析計算方法,常常僅依經驗設計。由於這些老舊學校結構多不能滿足現階段耐震規範要求,應予以進行適當之耐震評估及補強。 本文首先參考國內文獻探討磚牆結構的模擬方法,經分析及比較,提供一個較合理的模擬方法,以供工程界使用。再者,藉由內政部建築研究所於88年公佈耐震評估法「鋼筋混凝土建築物耐震能力評估法及推廣」【7】,分析四棟現存老舊加強磚造教室建築物耐震能力,分析及比較其耐震能力的影響因素,同時探討混凝土強度低落時,對此類建築物耐震能力之影響,以為後續補強研究之參考。
ABSTRACT There are still many buildings constructed with old regulations in Taiwan. The most common structures are the building with brick wall. For example, there are many school buildings built with this structure and they have suffered serious damages in recent earthquakes. However, there are only a few literatures on this subject. The most important of all is in the “Building Technique Regulations”. Owing to the lack of analyzable methods, these literatures usually design just with experience and not with detailed analysis and computation. The old school buildings often fail to satisfy seismic capacity, therefore we need to do seismic assessment and retrofit to this kind buildings. This paper starts with the review of literatures about the simulate method of brick wall. Through analyzing and comparing, it provides reasonable methods for engineering. Furthermore, by using the method of “the Seismic Capacity Assessment for RC Building” issued by Architecture & Building Research Institute, Minster of Interior in 1999, we research on seismic assessment of four old school buildings with brick wall. Moreover, we analyze the factors that may affect their seismic capacity and discuss the effects of low strength of concrete on seismic capacity.
