以顧客滿意度討論政府對創新育成中心績效評估合理性之研究

摘要


創新育成中心能提供一個事業在創業初期所需要的一些必要支援,以降低事業失敗的風險,因此,可謂是培育新創事業的良好環境,正由於育成中心所提供的服務項目將會影響進駐廠商之成敗機率,也因此,經濟部中小企業處每年都會對全國的創新育成中心做出績效評鑑。 由於創新育成中心的服務對象是其進駐廠商,使得進駐廠商能夠覺得滿意並能夠充分發揮是其首要事務。因此,本研究則藉由區別分析、迴歸分析及變異數分析等方式來探討創新育成中心所提供的資源充分程度、政府對創新育成中心所評估之績效及進駐廠商的顧客滿意度三者之間的關係,希望能瞭解政府對創新育成中心之績效評估是否能真正反應進駐廠商的真正需求。 而由研究結果來看,育成中心所提供的資源充分程度與政府評等的績效之關係並不顯著。 育成中心所提供的資源充分程度與進駐廠商的顧客滿意度之關係則驗證為顯著.。 政府所給予的評等與進駐廠商的顧客滿意度之關係亦驗證為不顯著。

Incubator can give some resource to a company to reduce the risk when this company in beginning. So, we can say it is a nice environment to nurture a new company. Because resource that Incubator offer can influence company to be success or fail. So, small and medium enterprise administration (MOEA) make evaluative to all of the Incubator. The customer of the Incubator is companies which enter in the Incubator, so make these companies satisfactory and adequate amplification. So, we want to use Discriminate Analysis、Regression Analysis、ANOVA to discuss the relation between the resource adequate degree of the Incubator、evaluative of Incubator by government and customer satisfaction of companies which enter in the Incubator. We hope this study will make us understand the evaluative of Incubator by government can / can’t reflect the real demand by company which enter in Incubator. By the study result, the relation between the resource adequate degree of the Incubator and evaluative of Incubator by government is not significance. The relation between the resource adequate degree of the Incubator and customer satisfaction of companies which enter in the Incubator is significance. The relation between evaluative of Incubator by government and customer satisfaction of companies which enter in the Incubator is not significance.
