中文摘要 本研究主要分為兩個部分來探討,第一部份為以層間嵌入法(Intercalation)來合成聚亞醯胺/黏土(polyimide/clay)有機無機奈米複合材料,使用不同改質劑來改質黏土,為了使黏土和聚亞醯胺有很好的相容性,所以必須將黏土改質為親油性。雙改質劑為本論文所選用的方式,以長碳鏈作支撐再加入二胺以留下活性的NH2,可以達到高分子在層間聚合的目的。所合成之產物利用FT-IR、XRD及TEM來進行結構之鑑定。在研究中發現不同比例聚亞醯胺的奈米複合材料其熱性質隨著黏土的含量增加有增加的趨勢(TGA及DSC數據顯示),水氣穿透量和氣體穿透量隨著黏土含量的增加有明顯下降的趨勢。 第二部份為ABS/黏土(Acrylonitrile-Butadiene-Styrene/clay)有機/無機奈米複合材料合成,利用熔融插層法(Melt intercalation)來製備ABS/黏土奈米複合材,過程中不需要使用溶劑,可降低環境污染。ABS為良好的熱塑性材料,因其具有良好的機械性質與耐化學性藥品,故為常用的工程材料,本研究中利用無機材增強ABS的熱性質並與純ABS做比較。
Abstract This essay is divided into two parts. In the first part , a series of polyimide/clay nanocomposites were successfully prepared. We used two different intercalated agents{4,4’-Oxydianiline(ODA) and Hexadecyltrimethyl ammonium bromide(C19H42NBr)} to modify clay. The polyimide/clay nanocomposite materials were prepared by effectively dispersing the inorganic nanolayers of MMT clay in to the organic polyimide matrix via a thermal imidization up to 300℃. The as-synthesized nanocomposite materials were characterized by FT-IR, XRD and TEM. The nanocomposite material , enhanced better thermal properties , mechanical strength and gas barrier properties. The second part is concerned with the relative to the bulk polymer preparation and properties of Acrylonitrile-Butadiene-Styrene /clay (ABS/clay) nanocomposites materials .We used melt intercalation approach to prepare ABS/clay nanocomposites. The as-prepared nanocomposite materials were also characterized by FT-IR, XRD and TEM. The properties of ABS/clay nanocomposite materials also exhibited much better performance than that of neat polymer.
