由於近年來台灣地區經濟發展迅速,在平地資源有限的情況下,山坡地之開發面積正迅速擴張,因此各種坡地安全防範機制逐漸受到重視,尤其對於坡地社區、學校等,建物之安全更需要建置一個坡安全管理系統,以期能掌握週遭環境的安全,降低災害造成的損失並保障人民生命財產之安全。 本研究將擷取國內各坡地管理系統之優勢,如簡易及傳統監測系統、航照技術、資訊系統架構、防災機制建立等,針對個別坡地社區、學校之特點,設計適合的坡地安全管理系統,並搭配傳統監測儀器進行安全觀測,此系統亦將提供監測數據管理及查詢之功能,綜合以上觀點設計一套自主型坡地安全管理系統,評估此系統應用於坡地社區以及學校之適用性。 本研究設計成果將以往繁雜的數據運算繪圖系統簡化,系統運作管理可利用本研究成果達成自主化,並利用資料庫建立監測數據查詢系統,使用者亦可透過網站系統提供的防災資訊協助防災機制運作。
As the economic development has been growing rapidly in Taiwan during these years, there are more and more communities and schools built near by the landslide area, therefore it is important to establish a landslide security management system to prevent and mitigate the loss of the landslide disaster. The purpose of this study is designing and establishing a proper landslide security management system for communities and schools built beside the landslide area by making use of remote monitoring、computer programs management、traditional landslide monitoring sensor and precaution mechanism, this system offer monitoring data input and inquire function which can be easily self-operated for the resident or school members. This system offers auto data operation and auto data graphic function which is designed by PHP instead of using Microsoft excel, all the monitoring data will be saved in database MYSQL, the users and administrator can operate this system on the website through internet.
